They are so busy that they probably don’t need my review but, HELL YEAH!! We’ve eaten at the locations down south of the Mason Dixon line and loved the food there. Sometimes the stores up north just don’t quit make the transition up north but this location did it. Great service. Great food. Loved it. Tables could have used a wipe down but they were slammed so I’m giving grace here. Definitely get here and get some yummy food!

I had tried Bojangles while on vacation in N. Carolina 5 years ago. I loved it and was so excited that we got one here. I was not disappointed at all! This place has been so very busy every day from opening to closing and the employees were all friendly. I love that they serve breakfast until 2pm! I had the Bo’s Chicken Biscuit combo. The biscuit is soft and delicious, the chicken had a nice kick to it and it’s REAL chicken. The Bo Rounds are amazing hash browns with a bit of onion flavor. The Bo sauce has a bit of more radish flavor and the Peach Honey Pepper sauce was sweet with a little kick. I really liked dipping my Bo Rounds in it. For those of you complaining that they don’t have bone-in chicken, there’s a Popeyes like 1/4 of a mile away. Get over it. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Went to Bojangles twice today. Once around 9:30 a.m. the other time around 6:30 p.m. mixed review on this morning decent in the evening. Both times cars are out on 28th St 6/7 deep. The morning breakfast was okay. The biscuits are phenomenal and very good size. The gravy in the morning is average at best, average thickness not thick. Blueberry and glazed muffins were pretty good. Iced tea was on point. Hash brown silver dollar things were pretty good because they have bits of onion inside, And their Hugh! Coffee was pretty good. Want me back for breakfast. When it comes to the dinner, we got the 12-piece tenders with two sides four biscuits and a half gallon of lemon aide. Total dinner was $44. The 2 sides were the baked mac and cheese, not very rich but very creamy and coleslaw, picture of more chunky KFC, OVERALL not bad. Was definitely disappointed there was no bone-in chicken. Overall we’ll be back for dinner but definitely not breakfast!

As someone from NC now living in Michigan, I was THRILLED to finally get a BoJangles here! We had to drive over 2 hours but it was well worth it. My husband & I drove from Elk Rapids in part just to get our BoJangles fix. The biscuits were perfect. You won’t find a better southern biscuit. The team working the second morning we visited were awesome. They were so friendly & really seemed to enjoy themselves. Bronquel & Nakia were especially fantastic to talk with. My only 2 areas of disappointment were that this location didn’t offer the full menu that I’m used to from BoJangles (bone-in chicken specifically) & that they haven’t opened one closer to Traverse City . Can we please get to work on that so I can start cheerleading that location ?

Extremely long wait at 3pm on a Wednesday (about 35 minutes just to order) but hey – it is newer to the area.

The food was good, but I was missing a chicken sandwich which I didn’t realize until I was already to my hotel.

The staff was not overly friendly (no “have a good day” kinda stuff) but they weren’t rude either.

Overall it was good, but has opportunities.

So much worse than the ones down south. They don’t even have the full menu. They don’t have a a cabin filet biscuit. And I got a ham biscuit. Thing was falling apart and couldn’t pick it up’ absolutely awful

Check your receipts I bought a five-piece tenders combo $12.89 with a bojangle berry biscuit and one icing at $1.89 plus $0.50 for a total of $15.28. Bojangles charges me $16.46 for this order which is $1.18 more before taxes. As for the food, chicken was fresh and tender along with the biscuits. Very similar to Popeyes, just not as buttery overall I like this restaurant but they need to address this overcharge.

While I wish it was like NC and had the bone-in chicken and other menu items, I won’t be leaving a negative review about it.
We went yesterday and today. The wait wasn’t long inside. The breakfast was good. Haven’t tried the tenders yet but we definitely weren’t disappointed with the breakfast. I love that they have breakfast until 2pm. Will visit again.
