This place tasted so good when it first opened. Now the food is unseasoned, over cooked, and very bland. Waited 10 minutes for a standard 3 chicken finger box. Fries had next to no seasoning. Won’t be coming back any time soon unfortunately.

Didn’t know there was one in Columbus. We went for chicken dinners only to find out they don’t sell bone-in chicken but tenders and sandwiches…..unfortunately we were not impressed. Fries were entirely too salty and chicken was kinda dry!

First time here, very clean and bright atmosphere. The food was decently priced and good portions. Our only issue was the saltiness of the sandwich and fries. Staff was very quick and courteous. We were not fans of the fries, a bit flat tasting and very salty. But with everything food wise some might enjoy that. Glad we tried it. On a positive note the Cole slaw was great!

As a North Carolina native, it pains me to have to leave a one-star review. Unfortunately this location just seems to be very poorly managed and is notoriously unreliable. After visiting multiple mornings a week over the course of a month from mid-November to mid-December I can unfortunately report that I was pulled out of line to wait for my food greater than 75% of the time. This includes orders almost exclusively containing breakfast items that should be ready and available at this time of day. This morning I was pulled out to wait for my order containing two steak biscuits and a side of scrambled egg. The steak biscuits are currently the 2 for $5 special so one would assume that management would plan accordingly.
I hope that improvements to speed of service will be made soon, or I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
1/16/25 – new year, positive changes. I’ve visited several times already this year and am pleased to share that the service has improved drastically. Service speed has improved drastically. Well done!

So fed up with this place. Most of the time my order is wrong. This time I tried the 12 piece family meal for 38.99. We got 10 pieces.. ok, family meal here. Paying almost 40 bucks you think we could have all 12 pieces? I will be so happy when the new chicken places come to town. This place is to high priced and you don’t get what you paid for. It’s frustrating trying to give your family a treat and you get the ripped off

Brought home lunch from Bo’s after deciding between there and Wendy’s.. got home with the food and I should’ve went to Wendy’s. The fries were so salty my dog wouldn’t even eat them! When I called I was told that’s how they’re supposed to be. I highly doubt that the company is having them douse them fries in salt to the point ranch doesn’t help and a dog won’t even eat them.. wasn’t offered to come back for replacement but honestly I wouldn’t have even if it was offered. It’s every time me and my family go, so we’re just not going any more

I decided to come down get lunch today at probably my favorite chicken spot and I know what the food usually looks and taste today I got dry room temperature fried chicken. With fresh fries which were delicious. My experience today was just quite a disappointment especially for the price, Y’all have to make sure your chicken holding station has fresh chicken and the heat lamp is on. Hope this actually gets read and hope this place isn’t going down hill.

Only tenders?!? Which is fine but the girl behind the counter was confused when I asked if they had whole pieces. Like I was crazy. So we ordered a family tender meal and ended up with a 12 count of chicken poppers. ugh
