This was my second visit to the George town location. Service was very slow, 30 minutes and no one inside a maybe 4 cars thru the drive thru. First visit was about 30 minutes also. 2 guys standing in the back while 2 girls was getting orders ready. I have been to several Bojangles, this is the slowest I been to and will not go again. The bathroom had a bad oder when I walked in. Need to clean this place up!

Went for lunch after Christmas shopping and had a terrible experience inside. At first was told we were waiting on my husbands food, but brought my meal out which was wrong but I dealt with it… after waiting 20 minutes for my husbands food I had finished eating so he asked for a refund on his where they then slammed the food down on the counter as he was asking, so when the cashier told the person in the back they screamed “what do you mean it’s right there” with an attitude… it’s been 20 minutes and he’s over it but fine he took the food anyways and then realized my actual sandwich I ordered was also there after already eating the wrong order that she brought me. It’s not that busy inside and no reason we should have waiting on our food while watching multiple drive thru orders go on by

The service was slow and we sat in spot 1 and waited for our food like asked. I sat and watched them pull others up to the sidewalk and walk their food out to them while I waited. Once we got our food the fries were cold.

So I used to live down south and Bojangles was one my fav spots for chicken and biscuits. I’m in the Midwest now and don’t have Bojangles, so I had to make a stop when taking a road trip to VA. The food quality isn’t how I remember it but it was nice to make a nostalgic stop and share a meal with the fam. We had a family combo with chicken and tenders, mashed potatoes w/gravy, Mac n cheese, dirty rice, biscuits, and sweet tea for the cost of about $48.

Exceptional Service at Bojangles in Frankfort!
I had an amazing experience at Bojangles in Frankfort, thanks to a young man named Quinton. He truly embodied Bojangles hospitality!
I only visit when I’m in Frankfort, and this time, I ordered a Fish Sandwich Deluxe. However, I later realized my order wasn’t quite right. By the time I returned, Quinton immediately recognized me from the drive-thru and, without hesitation, personally corrected my order. His professionalism and kindness made all the difference!
The entire team on 3/12 around 2:30 PM was outstanding—service was friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. This location is top-tier! Kudos to Quinton and the crew for going above and beyond!

We were traveling through the state & this was our first time visiting a Bojangles. Ordering seemed to go smoothly, but the rest of our visit didn’t. The staff was very nice, but seemed really unorganized. We ordered four meals. The couple that walked in behind us received their order first & halfway done with their meal when we finally decided to check to see if they forgot our order. It seemed that they were just having a hard time filling the order. They were not busy at all. It was just us & another couple inside the restaurant. They also had at least one drive through order. We asked if we could go ahead & get the three meals that we could see sitting on the counter getting cold. They said they were just waiting on the bacon for the sandwich (my son ordered a different sandwich that didn’t have bacon, so they must have rang it up wrong). The lady put the first three meals on trays & brought them around front, but still didn’t give them to us until they had the sandwich ready. We had to ask for the fries for the sandwich. They also forgot the tea that my husband ordered & I had to go ask for that too. The chicken & biscuits were good, but the fries were a bit soggy & you could tell they had been sitting longer than they should have. They also had a lot of seasoning on them. Our kids were the only ones that ate them. The guy that seemed like he may have been a manager was clearly frustrated with the female employee. She seemed like she was trying, but maybe needs more training. He was a bit unprofessional at times. It wasn’t a great experience & we wished we had chosen another restaurant while passing through.
