Visited the store today and their AI order machine ordered the wrong food. Got to the window and person charged me the wrong amount for my normal meal. I ask him if the prices had changed and he said he didn’t know. Had me pull up to door and waited 15 minutes only to get the wrong food. Told person and he went in and came back with the correct food and the food that I didn’t order. He said I could have all the food for the same amount. Told him I didn’t want the wrong food and I wanted the money they overcharged me. He said he couldn’t do that so I told him to have the manager come out.
Came back and said the manager said that I had to park and come in. I obviously said no because I’m disabled and had my dog with me. The manager refused to come out so 25 minutes had passed now and I backed up to the drive through window and demanded to see the manager. I told him that I had been in a hurry and they had wasted 25 minutes waiting for my correct order and refund. I told him any respectable store would have offered to give me the food and refunded my money for all the trouble that I went through and would apologize. He laughed and told me that he wasn’t going to happen. He said that he wasn’t going to do anything and that I was no longer welcome there and that I should leave. I told him that I wouldn’t leave until I got either my refund and the food. He said that wasn’t gonna happen walked away from me and I said I’m not leaving until you take care of me and he said you’re no longer welcome leave or I’m gonna call the police. I told him to call the police and then when he walked away, bluffing me, I sat there at the window and blew the horn until he came back and he said you’re no longer welcome. Told him that I wanted his name and phone number for corporate. He refused to give me his name and or give me any type of phone number or way to contact the corporate to complain so I did drive away. The pictures are two of the sandwiches that I waited almost 30 minutes for and were all broken up. The other two were fine The regular store employees were very nice and you could tell that they were uncomfortable with the way the manager acted. Not sure if he was the real manager because he was rude and extremely unprofessional. Sad that a decent food place is run by such an incompetent person.

Fried chicken is great. New gravy steak biscuit was awesome. Ordered 5 tenders but got 4, and no sauce.

Exceptional service! We waited for a while, yes but I was completely pleased because of the hard work that the employees were doing. I could tell that there was Probably a couple new people and some orders had gotten messed up so they were trying to catch up and that’s completely fine. We all need growth room. The food was good. It was not cold. It was not old and when I went inside to get fries Missing from my order there was no tension in the air even though the work environment was very very hard at that time. Fast food is so stressful and the crew tonight did a great job! Definitely will come again.

I have ate here twice, the most recent being last Friday. Both times the food was great. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were the best I’ve had in a long time. The chicken was fresh and hot. Very good food in my book.

Excellent Bo-Berry Sausage Biscuits and a super clean lobby. Have to give major props to the cashier as well. Apparently, I inadvertently picked up a fake $100 bill last night and when I went to pay for the meal and break the hundred for my hotel deposit tonight, the cashier noticed it before I did. Thankfully we were able to quickly rectify the situation and I paid with card instead. Good food, Good service, Good people, Good Restaurant.

My wife and I like stopping by Bojangles when we go to Shepardsville Kentucky. The biscuits are always good while I also love their bo rounds. They are delicious and the portion size of each bo round is perfect in my opinion with the amount of them you get in an order.

First time ever eating at this chain and we were blown away with how good it is!!!!! Service here was excellent, order was accurate and food was delicious!
I got the 2-piece chicken dinner with macaroni & cheese and coke slaw and my husband got the chicken sandwich with fries.
The chicken was flavorful, crunchy and juicy; Cole slaw was the best I e ever had; macaroni & cheese was warm and gooey, and the biscuits!!!! They were warm and fluffy and DELICIOUS!! Not like any other biscuits at places that will remain unnamed
My husband’s sandwich was juicy and flavorful with the perfect amount of Mayo and he loved the seasoning on the fries.
The iced tea was also excellent.
Bathrooms were clean and there is plenty of parking.
The only part about this dining experience that we didn’t like is that we knew we wouldn’t be eating there anytime soon since we live in Wisconsin. I truly hope this chain expands more across the country because it is by far the best fried chicken of any chain I’ve ever eaten at!

I would give 10 stars to the service staff if it let me. Great, friendly ,accommodating. Very personable. Very clean restaurant and delicious food. The staff the night of the 8th deserve a commendation for sure.

Our first time at a Bojangles restaurant, and we were more than pleasantly surprised, and left wishing they would start opening these in the northern states too. This was so good! The seasoning on the chicken and fries are amazing and the fried chicken had that great crunch on the outside and the juiciness on the inside that other fast food places cannot do right. I had the chicken sandwich. It was a little boring looking, only having pickle and mayo, but the taste still came through and let the chicken shine. I think it could be good with lettuce or maybe tomato too, but it doesn’t need it. The seasons they use on the fries is so good. I’m not sure if it’s the same as for the chicken but they’re both seasoned perfectly. My fries did seem a little dry, maybe not totally fresh, but the taste made up for it. The young man at the register was great, we visited April 8, didn’t get his name though. He gave us the tray of food and said he gave us a side of potatoes. It must have been an extra one or something, but that’s pretty awesome and really made our visit perfect. The coleslaw and potatoes and gravy were excellent as was the sweet tea. They make fresh biscuits every twenty minutes, and they were good. I really have nothing bad to say except that now we want to eat there again and we don’t have any in any of the states even close to us. One of the best fast food restaurants we’ve been to, and the best chicken fast food restaurants.
