Bojangles is a cool chicken spot, I will have to go a few more time to see where i would rank them overall against the chicken spots i regularly visited.
The “Mac-N-Cheese ” shocked me, and it was really good.

I was told ” no salads”. No! On this day, I wanted a salad. I asked what was ready. I got the chicken tenders with dirty rice for me and my man. The lemonade was better than Chick Fil A’s. The biscuit tasted like Mom’s homemade or church biscuits. Overall, I had a good experience.

I placed an order through the app around 4:00 p.m. and scheduled my pickup for 4:25 p.m. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I was told five more minutes, they had to cook more tenders. I ended up getting my order close to 5:00 p.m. It didn’t have the seasoned fries I ordered, and it was missing the dipping sauce. Having to wait an additional 25 minutes defeats the purpose of ordering online. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and apologetic. That’s the only reason I’m leaving two stars.

Parked right next to a Chick fil A. They’re giving it their best. Tenders is what they do best and I’d say my experience today says they are better than the average Bo’s. Modest seating area with 6 tables and a counter. Four outside tables for nice weather.

This my 1st time getting deliver from the local. The food was delicious, and the delivery driver was nice.
However, I’d paid for extra sauces, asked for lemon for my tea, and called the location to ask that they please include ketchup.
They lady I spoke with ensured me that she would make sure there was ketchup in there.
When I got my order, there was no ketchup, the house made ranch was missing, and there also was no lemon.

Just got 4 chicken biscuits from here had to wait on the chicken but when we got home one biscuit that was thicker was not cooked all the way it was disgusted it was chewy juicy and just tasted raw I’d watch out for the unprofessionalism that be taken place there

Worst Saturday experience at 1:00 pm you are not acknowledged when you come inside and my order was completely wrong and they were baffled when I simply asked for what I ordered. Had to leave drive through and walk in. Go to whitten rd if at all possible they’re GOLD five star there. My food was cold. Short dark hair female at register no urgency at all.

Why??? Bojangles back in the day had bone in chicken, this new one don’t. I wasted my money on this. I’m not even a Popeyes chicken person, but they got BOJANGLES beat by a long shot. The dirty rice just salt, no flavor. The 3 tiny strips just a little flavor, I’m not going back. I could’ve got Churchs with that jalapeno, Popeyes spicy chicken, KFC original recipe, Jack Pirtles with the brown gravy….see what I mean. Never again!

My husband said he wanted a Steak Egg and Cheese Biscuit ONLY. His order total was $5.92…he gave the young lady at the window $6.00. She gave him 5 cents back…so he was like she short me 3 cents, I know the cash register tells her how much to give back but it’s okay. My husband got home ready to eat and he’s given just a plain steak biscuit. How disturbing is this, that a simple order and return of change can be so complicated for people at Bojangles on Austein Peay. Lesson learned always check your food and make sure you get the correct change and your order is right before driving off!!! My husband didn’t bother about calling because all they were going to say is, “We are sorry bring your receipt and we will fix your order, who wants to go back when you live far from Austein Peay”.
Horrible fast food spot. Don’t stop at Bojangles if you can help it these employees just want a check, but I bet their lunch be top tier because they are fixing it the way they want it.

Today I went in for a replacement order. Jazmine was professional she smiled while remaking the food. This location has one of the best food and customer service representing Bojangles. I will be returning.
