Although this may not be normal, this place needed a good cleanup. All of the tables were dirty, the bathroom trash was overflowing. Looking into the kitchen i could see trash on the floor. They did seem under staffed and were dedicating most of their effort to the drive through.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Zoe at the Bojangles on Lovell Road! Every time I come in, she’s the brightest part of my visit. She’s friendly, professional, and has this amazing way of making you feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell she takes pride in what she does—my order is always right, always fresh, and always handed to me with a smile.
Customer service like hers is rare these days, and Zoe truly goes above and beyond. Bojangles is lucky to have her, and I’ll keep coming back just because of the awesome experience she creates. If you stop by, hope you get the chance to be helped by her—you won’t be disappointed!

They’ve started using AI at the speaker. $12 for a chicken biscuit, hash browns, and a drink. You wait in line for a long time. Getting told the chicken was cooking, then being handed a cold, dry chicken biscuit. I ask for cheese and they forget it every single time, but they surely don’t forget to charge me for it! I hadn’t been here in a long time, and hoped it had gotten better. Nope.

Prior to moving here, I used to travel through here on long interstate journeys. I tried to stop off and eat here at every opportunity.
Now that I live here, I eat here every couple of weeks!! They have a great variety of sides to go with their chicken and the biscuits are on-point!

I would not recommend going to this Bojangles the last two or three times I have went each time the biscuit was hard as a rock. Can’t just turn around and go back when you’re going to work but no one likes to spend money on something just to get to throw it away because it ain’t edible. Truly disgusting and disappointing. Go get your breakfast somewhere else unless you have really strong teeth
