I tried this place for the first time last week. I was hungry for some “chicken nuggets” but didn’t want Mc Donald’s. So I got the 9 chicken bites, fries and a drink. They gave me two tubs of dipping sauce, but I only needed one. I was surprised to also get a biscuit.
So how was the food? The chicken wasn’t the pressed kind like you get from Mc Donald’s, but the kind mom makes with thick strips of chicken in a crunchy fried batter– not at all greasy! The fries, my favorite thing, were perfect, like real sliced potatoes, crunchy on the outside, hot and creamy on the inside. And the biscuit was melt-in- your mouth good. I’ve had better biscuits, but this one was right up there with the better ones.
The cost was a bit much but reasonable for the quality– right around $11-12 with tax. I’ll be back when I’m hungry for chicken again.

Ordered the steak and biscuit around 10am 12/9/2025 and the biscuit was hard as a rock and the steak was dry and hard. Inedible. How can something you have on your all day menu be this terrible and old? Make Food Fresh Again!

Worst experience I’ve ever had from this location. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, dirty rice, and some unsweet tea. When I got to the window I was told it would be 11 minutes on chicken. 20 minutes later I was still waiting. Once the food came out the chicken should have been nice and hot and it was room temp at best. Dirty rice was amazing. Probably need to work on speed and customer service do better people, do better.

I went through the DriveThru and this was my first online order with Bojangles. Ordering was super easy and getting one of my grilled chicken sandwiches for free as an online promo or something was definitely a bonus!
I promised Mom that I’d bring home something to eat. I was thrilled to be able to order grilled chicken sandwiches with lettuce that was green and a real slice of tomato. Having the option to omit or add extra frosting on the BoBerry for my diabetic Mom was appreciated too! The food was great too. I’ll do my ordering online from now on.
☆ It could have been my Internet connection, I was hoping to find more grilled chicken options on the menu. Do you offer more?

I Ordered a chicken tender combo to go, pulled out of the parking lot and went to eat the fries, they were hard as a rock. I went back in and they made me fresh fries and I left. Started eating going down the road and pulled out chicken tenders that were literally 2 inches long and so hard they were Impossible to eat….. on a side note the biscuit in the combo was good and the tea was ok.
I am used to eating at the Bojangles in Kingsport which is always good, maybe this store should take some notes from them and get the quality up…….
As of now I will never eat here again !

Purchased a 12 piece family meal to go for a get together on the 4th holiday. It took them 40 minutes to process my order, all the while, processing two other orders who followed me yet were waited upon ahead of me. There were five people working including what I’m assuming we’re two managers and based on what I observed..they WERE NOT setting the woods on fire. Poor management at the least. Food was fine. Just bad service to get it.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal, got home and there were 6 pieces. No breasts. I live in Bulls Gap and it’s not worth driving all the way back for 2 pieces of chicken. Please teach your employees how to count

Bojangles for me is a hit or miss. Service is usually not the greatest @ Rogersville TN location. Food is usually on point.

It’s hard to rate the food when you can never get any. I usually pick up a meal for my family around 7:00. The last 3 times I have tried to get a family meal at that time there is never any chicken cooked or even already cooking. You guys do know you are a fried chicken restaurant? Why don’t you ever have chicken cooked or at least cooking? The place is still open for hours, it’s not time to close at 7. I personally love Bojangles but this location in rogersville is the worst restaurant ever. I can’t even tell if the food is good or not, I can never get any. I understand not wanting to waste but if you are out of chicken and are still going to be open for 2-3 hours start cooking some chicken. If it just happened once there wouldn’t be a problem but three times there is no excuse for that. Yes I could have waited the 20 minutes for it to cook and have fresh chicken but I don’t expect to have to do that. If it was at least already cooking I may have waited but there wasn’t even any dropped yet. If I owned this restaurant I would fire my management because you are costing this restaurant money. You are a fried chicken place you need to have some chicken cooked or you might as well lock the doors. It’s the same difference if you don’t have chicken cooked what are you paying employees to be there for? Sure you can get a chicken sandwich or chicken tenders but I can get that anywhere I go to Bojangles for fried chicken. I always get a $50 family meal and I don’t mind if you don’t have enough breasts or whatever to substitute for other pieces but I am told there is no chicken or there is only 3 wings and they are pretty old. I just can’t understand this happening repeatedly. Three times, ridiculous. I had to settle for kfc. I hadn’t ate at KFC in 20 years, I like the Cajun fried chicken. This is unforgivable. This kind of thing should put you out of business.
