This restaurant fell very short today. When you walk in and hear the female manager complaining about the company and talking trash about other employees it doesn’t sit right. Then the store is in shambles and who I am assuming is the manager was on the line drinking a drink and fixing food. When the lady in front of me asked for napkins because there were none it was stated by the drive-thru cashier that they were having to limit them because they were out and the truck wasn’t running until the next day. Food was cold and the atmosphere was very unprofessional.

The breakfast is usually good and the service okay. However, on at least 3 occasions, including today we have been ignored at front counter. Today we just walked out and visited Panera. They seem to cater more to drive thru and if that is what they prefer then just close the dining room. Works for Pals!

The best place to get breakfast on my way home from work. Cajun Filet with hotsauce and Bo Rounds. This location is always fast, fresh, and courteous…. I still don’t like the robot drive thru, but I can tolerate it because the food is excellent every time.

Steak biscuits, two for five? Cool! It’s 1:15 and I skipped lunch… no one at the drive through… pull up. A.I. robot tries to sell me something else, but finally asks for my order. I order. Robot says “Steak will take five minutes, is that okay?” No. It isn’t. Back to the road I go. If you aren’t busy and you’re “fast food” and you’ve got a big sign advertising the deal, you better have the item.

Ordered a two piece white, the cost $8.99 plus tax. Drive 20 minutes home, open the box and I got two wings instead of a breast and a wing. Maybe you should train the employees on what piece of chicken is what and the differences in each. Will not be back.

This was a random stop. We never heard or had this chain restaurant and Chick-fil-A was slammed. We had the Cajun chicken sandwiches which were nice and crispy with decent flavor. Good prices

This location is so unorganized, I understand that it’s hard to hire workers in today’s work force. However Saturday morning one person working the drive through and the new person working the front and the “supervisor” not controlling the need to help there employees is disappointing. About six guess left without getting food, I tried to stick it out but after way too long, I left without getting any service. I would think twice at stopping at this location.

Bojangles has great food — flavorful chicken and solid sides — but the automated drive-thru ordering is frustrating. If you want anything even slightly customized, the system makes it unnecessarily difficult. Literally reminds me of calling a business only to find an automated call service that never has the option I need! Unnecessary and impersonal.
I wish there were an easier option to speak to a real person. The food is the highlight; the drive-thru needs mega work.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5 — docked one star for the ordering experience)

My Wife and I went inside to have a simple meal of a couple sausage biscuits. The atmosphere is clean and large enough for many people. Padded seats except for the booths, which could use padding instead of hard wood to sit on. Bathrooms are huge. The food is really good and we enjoyed our visit. Staff was very polite and friendly. I would recommend Bojangles for anyone who wants to stop for fast food and have something that is better than normal fast food.

The bot took my order correctly. 15 minutes later at the window it isn’t showing up anymore, so I repeat it. Still get handed someone else’s order. It’s a circus in there.
