Came in for lunch with my kiddo and while we had to wait, the employees were super nice and even made sure to get us our fresh Bo-berry biscuits brought right to our table. The GM Zach was polite and clearly doing his job to the best of his abilities, even with what looked like a short staff for a lunch time rush. The inside of the store is a little worn, but everything was clean!

I hate to leave this review, but I have been there eight times in the past four months, and they have messed up my order in a different way every single time. They do not answer their phones. They never have enough chicken prepared. They take your money before ensuring they have the food you requested, and then they do not offer refunds. Their customer service is rude, and they give inadequate ultimatums. I have gone to this place for a few years now, and I love the chicken, but this location needs to get its quality under control.

The clerk Cameron was friendly and nice and very polite. I love Bojangles chicken biscuit. The fried steak biscuit is good too. Coffee is always hit and yummy. Service was quick.

Victoria with dark hair and Glasses has the worst customer service we have ever experienced in the 30 years of living here in east tn. Very rude every time we come here. The food is great just Victoria is very rude and disregards the customer when asking for condiments.

Had place to myself but ordered to go. Employee took personal cell call after starting my order and asked a coworker to complete my order. Took a few extra minutes and my food was good. Tacky but perhaps it was an emergency call.

This was my first time at Bojangles. This location must have been an older one because it looked like the dining room was pretty worn. The cashier was friendly. The food was not super fresh but not bad either. I love iced tea, however, was very disappointed but the tea was NOT fresh at all.

Very nasty restaurant inside and outside. Waited for 3 minutes before walking out during which time my husband existed a nasty restroom and the staff still had not come to the counter. Can’t leave 0 stars, very disappointed for a 1st and last visit here.

I’ve never been to one of these locations before but I did not have many options so let’s try something different. The location appeared to be under construction or something of that sort maybe everything was just blocked off because of the pandemic I’m not really sure. The food was not good at all. Everything was cold and dry as if it was sitting out for a long period of time. This may have been partly my fault because I ended up at this location right before they closed. It’s obvious they do not cooked to order they mass produce and set it out on the line in a Buffay style behind the counter. I would not return to this location.
