While this Bojangles has been reliably good in the past tonight will make me never go back. This evening I ordered the mixed 8 piece chicken, 12 tender family meal. It was $52 and absolutely horrible. They made me wait in my vehicle for 15 minutes for my food. That is typical and ok. When I got home the 8 piece of chicken had only dark meat, no breasts. The tenders were so old and hard they were not edible. They did not put any biscuits in the box and did not put any of the dipping sauces in the box. The dirty rice was mush and we did not get any gravy with the mashed potatoes. If the employees have time to hang out in the dining area, they have time to do their jobs correctly.

First and foremost. I love Bojangles and I eat there 5 days a week before work. Today was a little different. When I pulled up the girl said cash only, that is fine, second I ordered the steak biscuit and seasoned fries like I do every morning and she proceeded to tell me that they have bo rounds and I couldn’t take it anymore I pulled off before I said anything I was going to regret. I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through for my food and didn’t even get the drinks. $20 For two teenagers to walk to Dutch Bros Bring me crappy food and forget my drinks that I paid for. Why even stay open if you aren’t going to have good employees?

Horrible service. We sat in drive thru several minutes before anyone even came over the speaker to take order…..and no one else was even in line ahead of us. Then when we finally could order and pulled up to the window you could clearly see that the staff were not doing anything. They have also gotten our orders wrong several times. The only reason we went back was because of convenience of location. This particular Bo is incompetent in staff and I will not be back. (And they’re a chicken place…that OFTEN has ran out of chicken).

On 12/28/25 my wife and I arrived at this location for lunch. When we went in and tried to order the person looked and said they didnt have enough chicken cooked to fulfill a 12 piece box. When we told her we would wait for fresh food she proceeded to tell us that she was short handed. She had one person I would say was on break. She was talking to the one on break. There was one young man baking biscuits and who knows where the fourth one was. She claimed their was no one there to fry chicken. How do you have no one to cook at lunchtime on a Sunday when all the areas churches are letting out. Makes no sense to me but I know the next time I get the urge for chicken I will go somewhere else ir fight that urge and have a hamburger instead

Have been here twice this week once during lunch and no one would come to the counter to take order after 15 minutes so we left. And during breakfast in the drive through no one would take your order after sitting there over 5 minutes.

You know I love Bojangles, but today I purchased two sausage biscuits. One was delicious. The other one was barely edible. The biscuit was very hard around the edges. I thought you were famous for your biscuits. I mean how much would you lose to throw away an over cooked biscuit. Shouldn’t be serving them like that.

Not coming back here again. This location has some sort of disconect between ordering and food preparation. After the food is ready for some reason it takes them 10 minutes to get it to you, and by then it’s no longer fresh. Asked for hot and fresh french fries with extra seasoning. Received cold, old, and soggy fries.This was our third and last time here.

Absolutely horrible !! My no rounds were burnt up and so greasy ! I went back through the drive thru and told the woman they were burnt . She said hatefully that all of them are set to the same time!! She told me to give the ones back and gave me another one. Which you are to NEVER ask for the food back it is the law !!! But the ones she gave me are the same ! The service here is awful!! Do not go to this location!! If you want Bo jangles , go to the Alcoa hwy location . They rock!! This place needs to be trained by the Alcoa location !!!

Not bad. Biscuits and gravy weren’t my favorite, however the other things I ordered were really good. The lady was so kind and was willing to drop some food in the fryer even though they weren’t serving it anymore.
