Arrived and ordered at 5:41pm as stated on our receipt. Didn’t get the food till 6:15. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait or we wanted chicken leg so we decided on wings/breast instead. So why did it still take 30 minutes??? Not to mention the several people waiting in line who left because it was taking so long for them to even get their order taken. I don’t know or care if it’s a staffing problem, but to be fair I only saw two people working and they both looked like they were just wanting to die. My main point is that I would have had a shorter wait time for food in an actual sit down restaurant and this is supposed to be a drive through. If you can’t get more than two employees on shift, don’t be open that day. Simple as that. Food itself was fine.

I decided to give this location another try after a year not going back due to poor service. This time the drive-thru was fast and the young lady taking my order was very nice. Food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely return again after this last visit!

Morning time is decent & quick, but if you go at lunch or later, most likely will have food that’s sat for hours & no hospitality from the employees. Have given this location multiple chance just to be let down EVERY TIME.

The best friend chicken in the south. The cajun flavor is my favorite. Special shout out to the seasoned fries with honey mustard dipping sauce. The biscuits are butter crisp on the outside and super soft on the inside. If you’re looking for good deep fried food, this is your place.

Be careful when ordering from this location. I just came through and ordered a 12 pc family meal, they only had white meat, which would have been fine, but the prices on the menu is wrong. It plainly says 37.99 for the 12pc family meal, but when they told me the total, i was charged 45$ . When i questioned why it was so high the girl at the window looked at me like i was stupid and said the prices went up. I get that, but it should be on the menu reflected to show that. And not to mention they left the biscuits out of the order, and the chicken was extremely dry. So 45$ wasted for food that cant even be enjoyed.

Was heading home from Florida and had to get our last Bojangles’ fix before arriving home in Northern Kentucky (which is strangely void of a Bojangles). Typically great food for a good value. Of course their Sweet Tea is amazing. The staff was good, but not excellent. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.

I really liked the sausage biscuit and the hash browns. Just be warned there are onions in the hash browns (my dad hates onions, the look on his face when he ate one was priceless). The coffee was a lot better than most fast food places.

On our visit the store happened to be very understaffed, resulting in an 20+ minute wait for 3 single meals. However, the food was delicious, and I don’t think our service time that day was normal. The store was clean and I would visit again.

Kids kept seeing the signs while driving for spring break so we decided to stop. First, shout out to the dude in the back making the sandwiches. He was the only one working hard and knew what he was doing. The 3 kids working the front didnt know what they were doing and didnt care. They were really slow and just seemed lost. They all worked the cash register then went and handled food without cleaning their hands. Our order was entered wrong and still served incomplete. Had to ask multiple times to fix it. No ketchup, one of our kids had to go to our van to get our own. With all the other chicken restaurants we will never go back to a bojangles.
