POSSIBLY THE CLEANEST RESTAURANT EVER. I may have come through right after they cleaned the place, but it was impeccable! I wasn’t aware that they did this, but they sell the bojangles fries seasoning here as well. The manager who was on duty was manning the front station like a champion. It seemed busy but well controlled.

This place is AWFUL. Manager included. Watched him call my Hispanic coworker stupid, for him asking for rice and beans in same bowl . Ai drive thru. Vibes are terrible. The food is continuously over cooked. Stone drive bojangles is night and day difference. Good food even good music there. I work close to this fort Henry location and have gave them 10 too many last chances. Hope they close it! 5-6 Cajun biscuits taste like plastic. I’m a keep mouth closed and not complain type person. But it’s happened so many times my business is now elsewhere.

Came around lunch time to get me and my 1 year old son food got our food and pulled up to make sure everything was there, we received everything excepted our biscuit and gravy, so then I went to check our biscuits I got a egg/cheese biscuit for my son was about to hand to him till I realized it was missing cheese and also had hair in it. Went back to the window to get our biscuit and gravy and to show them the hair and the manger that came to the window was just straight up rude and acted like it was our fault then she went to the guy that was made our food to tell him and to make us a new one and they just all looked at us disrespectful. Anyways the guy had a beanie on and long hair like a girl, which is perfectly fine but the fact he didn’t have his hair up in a bun or pony tail or something was disgusting he’s working over food with his hair all over it. NASTY!!!! They fixed our food yes but when we got the new one it was just all threw together.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered Cajun filet biscuit, sausage biscuit, biscuit and gravy and 2 drinks. Service was super fast. Now I know why. Looks like these biscuits have been sitting for awhile. My sausage biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The Cajun filet biscuit was only soft near the middle. I understand “fast food” not OLD food. There were a lot of workers inside and I was the only person in drive thru. So this shouldn’t have happened.

Will not be back to this location. Went through drive through and the guy at drive through was having trouble with the card reader tried to swipe my debit card 3 times and he finally looks at me and says I can’t get it to work maybe your just broke and no money on the card. There was way more than enough money in my account to cover it. I would have given him cash to pay for it if he hadn’t made that rude statement instead I just got my card and left went to Hardee’s and purchased breakfast with the same debit card the guy at Bojangles couldn’t get to work and just assumed I was to broke.

Does that look appealing? Look at that “sandwich.” How is this place open? Leave work to go get 2 meals for me and coworker… I’m the idiot for not checking my bag!!! Never again. How could I do that to myself and my wallet? My fries are a JOKE! Is this a large fry? They even look cold and old! Every dang time it is in a small bag, like a kids meal, and this is no kidding what I get! Been 4 times and they mess up the fries, and today the whole order. I didn’t even go back to fix it this time… usually they give me extra fries to make up for the issue… Today I went to order TWO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES FOR THE MEALS– Was told it was a FIFTEEN MINUTE WAIT! I said whatever and actually waited… I do not work there or know the protocol on fresh chicken… What do I get? A pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw. I took top bun off and this looks like pig slop. I am not a fan of cole slaw on my hot dogs or BBQ, but this definitely makes me sick. The smell is horrible, the sandwich is MUSH! The people taking my order were incompetent and downright rude children who have no right to even have a job with their attitude. The other reviews say it all and then some aside from mine… Close it down or clean house and get new crew!!!!! I have been coming here for a couple weeks to try something different; guess I will stay at work from now on! My coworker said the same thing… Absolute slop. Will be packing my lunch again or eating at work. Never have I felt compelled to leave such a negative review but today was awful… Absolute trash service and even trashier SLOP! Not even worth going back for refund or replacement because I don’t even want to look at those employees… Whole store needs a cleaning, people included. Some people need to take the blunt criticism. Whatever franchise this is, you’re hurting because of those who run your stores. It’s a privilege to have a job like we do here, and taking orders nicely shouldn’t be hard, but it is for ungrateful, foul mouthed kids… Will never return again. Get a matured and seasoned staff who can work and has people skills, manners, and cares about service.

Hands down the worst Bojangles we have ever visited. Let’s start with our order being wrong. Second the quality of the food was abysmal. Food was not edible. Long wait and a staff that seemed completely confused about how to do their job. Will not be back.

Atmosphere well the ai they have for ordering just was enough for me to grab my sister’s unbelievable over priced food and get out of there. Didn’t even get myself anything to eat. Truly sad they took ppl jobs away and gave them to a computer.
