Bojangles is currently running a Tailgate special after 5. It is a great deal especially when the food is fresh. Like a lot of fast food restaurant staffing is limited. I can’t blame the people that actually show up to serve the public. The manager who had her son there with her, popped in at the last minute to correct the worker Coda and assist when they clearly needed more help with the special they are running. Sadly though, someone left their pet when they visited . I will not be patronizing them in the future.

Went through drive through and asked for the new bowl item, and the lady didn’t ask what I wanted on it and was rushing to order, so I get my food and it had a sad biscuit, some bo rounds, and gravy, runny egg, and melted cheese covering it

Friendly staff, fresh food, and clean restaurant. Overall a lovely experience. This location is better than East Ridge and the emloyees deserve a raise!

Food was fresh and service was good. It was $22 for 2 meals, and one was chicken tenders. He didn’t like the ranch and ask for a different sauce, and the guy told him it $.50 plus tax. The charge for sauce was a bit unexpected, after paying $22 for a chicken biscuit and tenders; but I wasn’t willing to put another $.55 cent charge on my credit card. Just seemed a little petty to me.

24 minute wait for over priced chicken. Fortunately i was able to entertain myself by watching a customer tie his Chihuahuas to a dining table while employees behind the counter we’re eating and dropping crumbs into the to go boxes. PLEASE OPEN A POPEYES.

This Bojangles location has really step up their game since my last visit. I ordered a number 10 for for lunch. Chicken sandwich and fries. I always upgrade to the large fries because they are usually so delicious. Today I was more than pleased with my food. The chicken sandwich was so big and fresh and tender. The pickles were great. It was the best fast food chicken sandwich I have ever had. The fries were very fresh and hot. Thanks guys for such a great lunch today.

I ordered a biscuit and gravy and found a bug in my gravy!! So gross when my husband went back to show them there response was “yea it’s nasty back here so it doesn’t surprise me there was a bug in your food” like what?! Then instead of replacing or refunding my meal they just poured more gravy over the same biscuit and gravy I had a bug in. This is honestly disgusting and I’ll be reporting this to the state food inspection and sanitation department
