When going to this location, me and my wife where trying to dine in the dining room was closed early 8:46pm when says “9PM Dine closes” so I still go through the drive-thur, pull up and when taking order mis-understood the cashier when so she had a smart tone when I didn’t understand her. Food good, asked cashier for two more Honey mustered she gave me four. Total of 6. I really like the BoJangles outside sign that let’s travelers know “THEY ARE IN SODDY ME DAISY” I welcome all Soddy Daisy guests. But you must be out everyday by 10pm. Lol

The food here is fantastic. It is my favorite Bojangles. But in the 20 minutes I was here around lunchtime, I witnessed an employee getting fussed at behind the counter, while she was trying to provide customer service for me with some ketchup. And then I witnessed another employee start pulling chairs out in the dining room where she felt the carpet wasn’t clean enough. The chair in the aisle was a much bigger problem than anything I saw on the floor, and I looked.

If there was a O or no stars that is what I would give this Bogangles. This is the third time I have received the wrong order and had to make a trip back to get what we ordered. I was there on a Saturday at 6:15 and I was the only customer there which is usually what I experience. The manager Sam always says the same thing ” I can’t hear you”. I will never go back when Zaxbys is right next door.

There was only 1 car in front of us and it took them 15 minutes to take the payment. Then another 10 to hand us the bag with one diner not 2. Then rudely handed us the 2nd that was wrong. Went in to fix and the one teenager got an attitude and they both started giggling. This was unprofessional and bad customer service. This use to be a good place. Not anymore and will not return.

We went to Bojangles in Soddy Daisy, TN, for dinner. My husband was craving the 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and pinto beans. I just wanted the Mac n cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Of course, we added a couple of biscuits. It was fast and felt like a meal that granny would cook back in the say. Very delicious and recommended Bojangles in Soddy Daisy.

My daughter and I had a great experience at this Bojangles Sunday evening, there was a young lady who was the manager there that made sure everything we needed we got and got it quickly she had a kind smile and had everything running smooth as we dined in, I had to tell her and her staff they were doing a great job, and after I did, She made a point to compliment my daughters dress, really made my little girls night. We will be back for sure!
