Totally disappointed with Bojangles. The chicken was okay just a little overcooked but look at the size of the biscuits I received they’re about a quarter the size that’s advertised. Looks like I got the excess biscuit dough for my biscuits smh!!!

We were in White House visiting our daughter from Florida. Super excited to try Bojangles since we have heard great things. Very impressed with the food and the sweet cashier that took our order. The only turn off was when we arrived at the restaurant the manager was standing at the entry door smoking a cigarette. And then proceeded to come inside and just start barking orders as the sweet employees that she had working for her. We were there on 9/18 roughly 3:15 pm. She needs to learn how to speak to people and not make employees and guest feel awkward.

This place has gone into the dumpster. I had chicken tenders twice, lately. They were almost burnt, and you could tell the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in quite a while. It’s a shame.

They were super friendly. We waited for fresh food but the fries were so salty that you couldn’t even eat them. So needless to say I paid 4o bucks for 10 chicken strips, a kids mac and cheese, and a spicy chicken sandwich. No one could eat the fries and this is coming from someone who loves seasoning.

Service and food was excellent. The manager, Dave brought everyone in the dining room a right out of the oven blueberry muffin with icing. He thanked everyone for stopping by and having dinner. My wife Kim and I shared one, it was great and a very nice touch from Dave. We will be back.
Went back to Bojangles, the food and service were still excellent. Dave made several visits to the dining room to make sure everyone was enjoying dinner. I did not hear any complaints from anyone. The dining room was very clean as were the restrooms.
