Is it fresh??? I really don’t eat at this franchise, the BoBerry is affordable chicken. The first one I got was cold, and I asked if they could warm it up and they made a new one instead. The second one was Luke warm. Nothing tasted fresh or just cooked. I did enjoy the hash rounds, but nothing was crispy and felt like it all came out of a microwave just to heat it up. These locations are never really busy, usually an indicator of food quality but I could be wrong.
The place was very clean and the service was very good too!
Won’t be returning to any of these locations.

I tried to order a grilled chicken sandwich. I was told by the cashier that they no longer prepare grilled chicken after a certain time unless it’s a call in order. Mind you, it was 7 o’clock pm when I tried to place my carryout order. If this is true, it might have been helpful if it was posted somewhere on the menu or something. This is why I gave this a low rating.

They’ve shorted me on bo-rounds multiple times and their response is oh that’s how many it comes with. Nah.
Once I bo sized and got a small with only 4 pieces.
Another time I ordered a picnic size and it was only 3/4 full.
Another time I bo sized and got a large container filled with 6 pieces, because they said they were out of medium containers.
I don’t get this problem out of any other Bojangles.

Waited for over five minutes at the drive thru window. No food, nobody took my money, not one even looked at me. Left and went elsewhere.
Ever since they got that AI order taker, it’s like you are not welcome anymore. They treat you almost as an inconvenience now. Apparently they can’t find any AI good customer service.

They do a great job at this location. I’m a regular and I’m always appreciative of their attention to detail and how quickly they get the orders out. Great service and consistently good food!

Kennedy was an absolute delight! Super cheerful, very receptive to my gushing about how much I love Bojangles, even explained why some locations don’t have the full menu and/or don’t have breakfast all day. Our food came out promptly and perfectly! Cannot recommend this location more!

I have loved Bojangles fried chicken and dirty rice since the first time I went to one. I try to find one everytime I travel and post pictures of their sign as my family all enjoys their food. This particular location was in dire need of new tables and chairs but the food was delicious.

I’ve tried it 2xs now. Once for breakfast. (1st time ever trying a Bo’s). The biscuit breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. 2 bites and threw away.
Figured a would try a chicken sandwich for lunch a few months later (was very hungry). Took 1 bite and threw away. Chicken was not cooked all the way. ♂️.
Most likely will it stop at another Bo’s in my life time.
