My food was so fresh yesterday! Customer service was quick & friendly. I thank the team & management for everyone doing a good job. Green beans flavor was on point along with the Cajun rice. I tried the sweet potato pie & was not disappointed. Crust tasted like buttery sweet goodness! I know the chicken wasn’t super fresh but for the most part good enough. I was so mad that I forgot to order mashed potatoes & gravy.

Disgusting , my son’s chicken sandwich is raw inside!!! It’s stringy and squishy and like tendon. We got it to go so I didn’t know until we were down the road. We threw our food away to be safe. I hope my son doesn’t get salmonella.
The chicken that was done was stringy too, weird texture. The coating on the chicken is plastic like. This place is such trash food, everything is just thrown together without care. The biscuits are supposed be infamous and they are dry, at and flavorless. The hashbrowns are greasy and soggy and taste like old grease.
The guy taking our order was having some melt down or something and hated everything there but he was being honest.
We’re not from here and don’t have these restaurants so we thought we were trying something new that might be good.

This Bojangles location is very nice. The parking lot is very spacious. Great food also! The temperature was a bit stuffy in the dining room though. The service was exceptional as well!

Go to this place often and more than one time I have been asked to come inside to place my order because they “couldn’t” take it at the drive through. Only to go in to see employees playing on their phones instead of doing their Job. Food is usually okay, but if it’s past like 8 o’clock and they run out of something don’t expect them to make it. Could be so much better and with a new chicken place being opened up next door in a few months they better get their act together.

Fantastic experience! It was clean and well-organized. The cashier, who I think was a manager, was super nice, polite and efficient. I literally got our food about 30 seconds after paying. What a pleasant experience!

Wow!!! This has got to be 1 of the best bojangles I’ve ever been to! I ordered to go in the morning to eat later on. My order was correct, the food was excellent (even reheated in the microwave later on), customer service was top notch. I went in the morning time. You can definitely tell that they put care & attention into your order! Also, the chicken was also not greasy at all (they shook/drained the oil off properly after pulling from the fryer apparently! I hardly ever review anywhere either but felt i needed to because it shocked me how good this place is. The only thing I noticed that could have been better is the dining area tables & floors needed a mild cleaning.
