I ordered a two piece chicken and had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it because I ordered white meat and after I had sit there for 15 minutes she gave me a thigh and a wing and hoped I wouldn’t know the difference

I wish I could give zero stars. Severaly disappointed that this Bojangles seems to have discontinued the original Cajun filet sandwich, the one with mayo, lettuce,and tomato. But instead of informing something when they order this WELL KNOWN sandwich they try to pass off this new sandwich in its place. Will not be returning till the real chicken sandwich does!

Eaten here a dozen times over the last five years when in Dothan. This is one of my favorites because of the food and service. Never any surprises- always get delicious fried chicken with great sides and amazing biscuits.

The service was okay, but the food came out quick and the employees were pretty helpful.
You could tell they hated their lives and did not want to be there. There was an employee on FaceTime the whole time we were there, and she continued will to FaceTime while helping us.
