Went to a Bojangles the day before in Mississippi, ordered the same meal, same cost—but this place tasted SO much better!!! The biscuits were fresh, hot, and fluffy—the chicken was moist, well seasoned, and hot—the fries, perfection. The best road trip meal you could possibly hope for. WOULD 100% eat here again!
(OH, and don’t get the Bo sauce; it didn’t improve the food—only smothered the flavor.)

Imagine… waiting over TWENTY minutes for a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and then getting this. Nothing but sausage. No jelly or anything in the bag. Just a dry sausage biscuit.

This location has it going on! We always get fresh food and the portions are correct. When we use the drive through we noticed how clean the store is but everyone was wearing gloves and hairnets. Everyone in that place is hustling to get orders out. We love breakfast and dinner at this location. Such friendly employees here!

I went through this location this morning to pick up breakfast for my mother. It’s not very often that I go to Bojangles, but this Bojangles in particular is incredibly clean and well maintained. The service is very fast. When I got there there was a line forming but they had People’s orders taken quickly and their food was given to them very quickly, sometimes within a minute.
The order was correct and there is also plenty of parking. Honestly, this seems like a great Bojangles.

Never got my food. Ordered through Uber Eats. Did a self pickup and waited about 15 mins after arriving. 25 mins from the time I put my order in finally just asked to cancel it. The worst experience in a fast food restaurant in awhile. Sucks bc they have good food. The people weren’t rude either just no sense of urgency and seemed very disorganized.

Something has changed at this location within the past 6-9 months. I use to come to this location every Tuesday and Thursday on my way to work. The biscuits were incredible (I told people the best biscuits!) and service was incredibly fast. I stopped going about 6 months ago. The biscuits changed the service slowed down. I tried it again today. Terrible biscuits and incredibly slow service. 25 minutes for biscuits! I won’t be stopping by here for a long time again.

Chicken was not fresh. They forget to give your whole order. Noone wants to circle back for the missing items this happens very often.

Worst Bojangles ever. I have been waiting on my order for 15 minutes even though there are only a handful of customers. The few that are here have gotten incorrect orders and are waiting for their order to be straightened out. No happy customers. Everyone here should be fired.
