I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, and when I got to the window, they said it was unavailable and I would have to wait 12 minutes. They offered a different sandwich, I agreed because I was short on time. The fries in the bag were cold and hard. The sandwich was half-wrapped. I think they gave the order to someone; it was returned, then they gave it to me. A total waste of money. I discarded the entire meal! Very disappointing.

So unorganized went in and ordered a 12 piece and a side of dirty rice. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Everyone that came in behind me got there order before me. They one see me standing there and say what did you order again.

Would give zero starts if it was an option. 0/10 don’t recommend. We’ve been three times. Every time the fries were cold. This past time a few days ago Chicken tenders, fries and biscuits were cold. The cinnamon biscuits were like a hockey puck, hard and cold. Like that has sat since breakfast. We were there at 6:30pm for dinner. Even the cinnamon and icing were dried up. Awful!

3 stars because the biscuit tasted good. I wouldn’t have eaten it, it looks like someone sat on it. My son ate it. Fries were cold when I got home. I agreed to wait about 10 minutes for the biscuit, one of the girls offered to top my fries for waiting. I didn’t get extra fries, she forgot or busy, that’s fine. I waited almost 20 mins for the worst, lamest, smallest, flatest, chicken biscuit bojangles ever made.

Went to drive thru, ordered 3 combo meals. 3 piece combo, wings and 4 piece tenders. Went home, realized they did not put any of our sides, biscuits, no straws or utensils or napkins. I had to drive back and asked for my missing items. No apology whatsoever. Got my missing sides and went home.The tenders were ok for my kid. Pepsi drinks are flat too. The 3 piece chicken are not cooked and wings are bloody. Posted pictures to support this. Will never come back and definitely don’t recommend.

I asked for a 3 piece WING meal. On the picture it shows WINGS. So imagine my surprise when I get home and don’t see ANY wings. I see TWO thighs and a leg. If I wanted thighs and legs I would’ve asked for that. Food was Luke warm and drink was nasty. Will not be returning!
