Your establishment is fried food so you got to flip the food. Chicken looks okay and taste great. But you cant keep adding bun water to make it stay creamy while the noodles are demolished in the macaroni. The fries are horribly dry. For 830 pm youd think it would be fresh. I just really want you guys to work. I was devasted on the last location closing, now you guys are back I want you to stay!

The new Bojangles in Pelham is off to a great start. The restaurant was really clean and the staff seemed organized and friendly. We ordered the spicy chicken biscuit meals and everything came out hot and fresh. It was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

I have been back two times since I received poor service and had to walk out without any food after being ignored for over 5 minutes. Ever since then they have been very customer focused and the biscuits have been excellent. Thank you for turning around your service and hope it stays at the new level. Very close to our office and would love to frequent often. Thank you again for listening to our reviews!

Went thru drive through a couple weeks ago and was told most items would take 10 to 15 minutes to cook. This morning I thought I would try again. I was told 10 minut wait time on all biscuits. And why not use the first window for faster service? When it first opened they used both windows and service was great. Now they don’t seem to care.

Went there today to have lunch with my kids. Stood at the counter for 25 minutes and was never greeted, never asked if my order could be taken, nothing. She was handing out food while staring at me and then would turn around and basically ignore that I was even there. There were 2 young people cutting up and standing around like they had nothing to do! TERRIBLE SERVICE, oh wait. They never tried to serve me so I guess I can’t say that. Don’t waste your time even going to this location because we definitely will NOT be back!!

This Bojangles is decent but has lots of room for improvement. The staff is nice and all, but is usually unprepared for something typical like a breakfast rush, with 10 minute wait times for stuff like chicken biscuits. Every time I’ve been there’s only one person working the front counter and doing multiple other things when there’s two registers. And I highly recommend getting your food made fresh if you have time to wait because it’s usually room temp or cold. Last time I went the biscuits were undercooked and doughy in the middle and the fries were hard because they’ve been sitting out too long. Also the bathroom was very dirty the last two times I went which is usually signs of understaffing or someone not scheduling a bathroom maintenance routine. But like I said it’s a brand new restaurant, just needs an overhaul and someone to step in and take care of loose ends and really get this Bojangles in Tip-Top shape. Usually these type of issues is just coming from the top down.

I was excited about the opening of this location so I ordered from the app and selected curbside pickup. I get to the location and there’s no designated spots for curbside so I just decide to go through drive thru to pick up my order. The lady on the speaker tells me to drive around and I wait a few minutes for the guy at the window to tell me to come inside to pickup.
So, when I get inside, no one can find my order, and there’s plenty of people there for the grand opening and no one can seem to tell me where my order is. They remake my order and no one can still tell me what’s going on.
Keep in mind, there’s probably 20 people working and no one can give me an update. I finally receive my order after 30 minutes from when I placed the order and got no apology.
I was late for work because of this and still received no response as far as what went wrong. This is unacceptable.
As far as appearance, the ham biscuit that I ordered could barely even be called a biscuit. When I picked it up, it felt like just the weight of the paper wrapper holding it together. The bo-rounds were very tasty as was the bo-berry biscuit. I still don’t know if I will be back though because of this experience.

The place looks nice and new but the service is really bad…. They took literally over 20 minutes to give my order come on was only 4 biscuits then when I ask for my order the lady had actitud I know she skipped my order several times … I cero recommend this place for now …I hope they put better people that really wanna work and nice to the customers ….

When out to grab my family some biscuits at 6:00pm at night , got there , bout 15 teenagers working , should have know after repeating my order back to them 3 times before getting it right. I pay n get the food, never did check the food till I get home. One I payed extra money for food I didn’t even get… on top of that the steak/cheese biscuit has no cheese on it…don’t mean to be extra on top but also had to wait for this food for about 10mins , which is no problem , but why is the food cold when I got home…. Do not recommend
