Ordered 5 finger snack at 6:30…was asked to pull up to line and wait…which we did for close to 10 mins. When we got home we had 5 little nearly burnt pieces and no biscuit.
Why is it too hard to serve 5 fingers and a biscuit at the dinner hour with 10 mins to work on it and without the screw ups? They had ONE other customer during our wait!
This is just sad. We won’t be back. There’s plenty of other choices that are better…WAY better. Check out the photo below.

My co worker and I went in to order food this morning. There was no other customers in the lobby. We waited for approximately 6 to 8 minutes and no one even acknowledge us being there! The man working the drive through made eye contact with us 2 times (he came from behind the counter to the drink machine) and never said a word to us. We left and went to Hardee’s and had fantastic service and the best smoke sausage biscuit that I have ever had! Bojangle lost our business and Hardee’s for the win!!!

the service & way everything was b being done is just not right I walk in wait in line to get service from employee they take care of 2 or 3 ahead me soon as im ready they ask me to 1 minute I wait there about 5 or 7 minutes at the front wait on them finally got order in im wait on the food get to eat lunch the fries bo fries are way too high in sodium I will never that again because too much salt and sodium in them that hurt someone else’s health or mine the drinks all not good even sweet tea like other fast food restaurants are not sweet even so I had to get sweetener to fix it up chicken honestly was OK im not impressed by it or way they did my service and this was first time and probably will step in here again if its that bad

waited in line inside for 10 minutes. never even moved. there were 5 ppl in front of me and 8 behind me. i guess ill have to try Bojangles somewhere where they care about service. we left and had Whataburger. food and service were good. NO jangles this trip

Given this place a dozen chances… Usually they have no business and will tell you to pull up to the front anyways to cook the food which is reasonable enough if they haven’t set anything at the ready for a slow day and don’t want to see their target times hit more than 4 minutes. You will wait 10-15 on them and wonder if they forgot about you, I’ve even had a manager come out to apologize before when I waited almost 20 on some biscuits.
Today the drive through attendant heard me say one item then immediately told me the total and I had to tell her I would like more. I get home and realize I’m missing my side item but when she’d handed me the bag she didn’t say a word about me still having to wait on anything, closed the door and went about her existence. Been trying to give this place a shot but it’s not worth it when it’s the same thing every time: awful experiences.
Update: looks like the person building the biscuit missed the part where the egg goes on the biscuit.

Two people were waiting on food when I walked up to the register. It took 3-4 minutes for any employee to acknowledge my presence. None of them looked happy, in a hurry, or like they cared about business or customers. The “buffet” had no food, but all sorts of miscellaneous store stuff, like it was a storage closet–see pic; and there was a bucket of dirty water sitting ON THE COUNTER where you pick up food–see pic. I was friendly with the lady who took my order and helped me. I ordered a BoBerry biscuit, and noticed a pan under the heat lamps with a few on it. I watched the lady come up and “tap” them with her tongs. When she realized they were old and hard, she looked over at me and told me she was going to cook me a new one. I told her I would happily wait for a fresh one. When I opened the box later, she had given me two. There was no tea at the drink station, so they filled my cup behind the counter. All the food was good.

I went there on the day that there were only 2 people working. And when I tell you they were doing the best, they were! The lady at the front was very friendly as was her coworker. I will definitely be getting more tailgating boxes from there!

We stopped in for some biscuits and gravy on the way back to Atlanta. We received an excellent service, and everything we ordered was delicious and hot. Would def stop here again when we are in town!
