Just got a 12 piece chicken meal. Took 40 minutes to bring it to our car. That’s right 40 minutes. We drove home and suprise, raw chicken. This place is normally spot on.

Ordered on the mobile app, got the notification saying it’s ready, and have been waiting in store over an hour for our food. Quite a few of us customers have been waiting too long for a fast-food restaurant.
To the manager: your store is understaffed and your staff is overworked and stressed out. Do better & hire more people to keep up with customer flow, and come in yourself and HELP during busy hours.

Haven’t been to one of these in a while, Bojangles still on top when it comes to chicken, despite the almost empty parking lot, there were still some people chilling inside.
The staff were very nice and I felt welcomed when they introduced me inside and asked me how I was doing.
The christmas tree was going down so there was some decorations lying around on some of the tables although at least they have water on their drink machine.
Food was great, the chicken sandwich tasted like a cajun spice inside and similar to Popeyes, chicken tenders are marvelous with the creamy buffalo sauce and the fries are like a skinnier version of a potato wedge.

ordered food through the app , waited two hours just for them to cancel the order due to “availability” . they still charged my card $70 and have called multiple times for a refund . 3rd time now for a “call back”, it’s been two weeks . very unprofessional and understaffed . absolutely ridiculous. out of my money and didn’t receive service

The sandwich was not hot and it looked like it had been fried flipped over and the biscuit meh, the bow rounds were not hot and ever since they change the recipe on the chicken for the chicken spicy chicken sandwich, and they changed the bow rounds. Also, they have not been as good unless they were extremely fresh out of the fryer.

This location is severely understaffed. Workers are stressed with the work and each other, and can’t keep up with customer flow. They are short on a wide variety of supplies. Waited over an hour for our food before asking for a refund.

Stopped to get food took forever go ! They kept us eating almost an hour and had to go back in for food! Young girl had an attitude and didn’t care about anything ! Took another 10 minutes inside ! Then had to ask again and food was just sitting on the side of the pickup area! Many people inside were not pleased !
