As soon as they opened, I detoured here because I haven’t had Bojangles in YEARS!! The restaurant is not that big, but has seating. I stand in the line waiting, and I’m looking at the menu board and I don’t see chicken parts. I get to the register and the order taker was so pleasant when telling me they only serve tenders…..like what??!! Only tenders?? Come on Bojangles, that’s crazy!! What a disappointment! Since I was already there I ordered the tenders meal with a side of gravy and peach honey pepper. I will admit the gravy and honey pepper are so good, but the tenders were just alright. I won’t give them more than a 3 because I feel like I was tricked. I probably will only be back for the gravy and peach honey pepper and head over to Popeyes. I was upset so I ate in my car. Lol

This would have been my fourth try with this place. I’ve always ordered through UberEats or DoorDash. While the food gets delivered quickly and the delivery fee is usually free….THE FOOD AND SERVICE SUCKS. My very FIRST order came without the chicken in the biscuit, so I had a biscuit, egg and cheese for breakfast that day. Yet, I ordered again, and my bf’s bo-berry biscuits were RAW and doughy that day. So he ate nothing because I didn’t have time for another delivery and an argument with UberEats. And today, my chicken patty was not fully cooked, and it was extremely tough and thick. So I this is what was left…..basically my sandwich. This location is going to make someone really sick.

I visited this newly opened fast food spot today, and I was really impressed! The staff was super attentive and friendly. When we arrived, they were outside greeting customers and handing out menus, which was a nice touch. Once inside, we ordered right away, and the food came out quickly, fresh, and hot.
We tried a combo with 5 tenders, baked mac and cheese, a biscuit, and a drink, and another combo with 4 tenders, fries, a biscuit, and a drink. We also got a peach cobbler. Also, they gave us a half dozen blueberry biscuits, and they were fantastic! The price was reasonable, about what you’d expect from fast food, and overall, everything was great. Definitely a solid experience, and I have no complaints!

I just ran into one of my favorite chicken places from North Carolina right here in Florida. Wow. What a treat. The chicken and the biscuits are just as good as I remember. Plus the staff was so friendly. It’s definitely worth the drive. Grab the family and go check it out.

Was super excited that a Bo was opening near home. Then, found out today (1st opening day) that NO Florida location sells traditional bone-in chickens!! Don’t know why not but very disappointed. Still, the employees were friendly and helpful. My family meal took about 20 minutes which isn’t too long. The tenders were crispy outside and super tender inside. The dirty rice tasted a bit salty and the fries were ok. The biscuits were soft and fluffy inside yet crunchy outside. The self serve sweet & unsweetened tea don’t have much tea flavor. My family prefer bone-in fried chicken but if we were craving tenders, Bo would be up top.

How come every time i go there, I need to wait at the counter 5-10 minutes before anyone will take my order? During that time you have taken 5-10 orders from the drive thru. Stop prioritizing the drive through. First come first serve. Or better yet fix your App so i can order THE FULL MENU on the app. Who on earth puts only part of the menu on the app? Kids chicken tender meal, why is it not on the app? Tuesday tender buy 1 get 1 special why is it not on the app? If your too lazy to fix the app, then put in a kiosk that features THE FULL MENU & DEALS! its 2026 people, get with it. Your technology needs to be up to date and working! All the other fast food places make it work, why cant you? And its also stupid you dont serve Bone in Chicken! Why only tenders?

Stopped to eat on the way home from traveling, It was delicious, I didn’t like that ALL of there sides are prepared with pork. Not everyone eats pork, we could only get hash browns. That’s why I took off 1 star. The service was awesome from the cashier, wish I knew his name.

Fire the service was great and the food was quick, but the biscuits were my favorite thing I’ve ever had and the best they beat Popeyes and KFC by 1,000,000 miles I deathly recommend this place and it’s good quality food!
