I normally enjoy Bojangles as a brand — the food is usually great. Unfortunately, the Tifton, GA location is a complete stain on the name. The establishment appeared unsanitary, and the employees had a very lackadaisical, careless attitude. It’s disappointing to see such poor standards at a place that represents an otherwise solid brand. This location definitely needs serious improvement. Out of towners I get it you want quick food but dont say you weren’t warned

I normally don’t leave reviews but this was so bad I had to. My entire family got sick here, and literally every consumable object they gave me was horrible. Tea was sour, chicken sandwich was 90% tendons, fries tasted like agricultural chemicals. It genuinely takes effort to be this bad at serving food like it’s impressive. The staff were so rude they had to use an ai to answer the intercom.

When we saw a commercial that the bowls were back, we were happy. They used to be so good. So we stopped by to get one. We requested a grilled chicken bowl with added smoked sausage. The bowl we got was fried chicken, not grilled and they charged extra for the sausage (which they never used to do). We didn’t check the order until we got to our vehicle and didn’t want to wait for a new one to be prepared. Other than that, the service was okay, the food was warm and it tasted good.

Stopped around 730pm for late dinner, place looked closed but there were several employees milling around… decided to try the drive thru” took several minutes for anyone to speak… She asked ” what do you want? So we gave order… There was no response for another few minutes I thought perhaps she forgot she asked us and had walked away.. finally she spoke again and said what do you want…we then asked are you open? At that point we could see three employees cutting up with each other… 3 more vehicles at that point had pulled behind us to order ..I think that was our saving grace for they could ignore us but not 3 additional cars…We almost drove away but then she said ” pull around””” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… Took forever at the window to get the food but thankfully the chicken was delicious…thank goodness for at that point I probably wouldn’t had bothered elsewhere after taking 35mins to get my food from a drive thru… attention manager✋✋✋You Definitely need an adult working, customer service training or at the least someone responsible taking orders..

Omg!! The Food was Delicious. I wish I would got a box of it to bring back Home with me. I Traveled to Atlanta for Cheer Competition and the one in Chamberlee was very Disappointing. This Location here is Great. Thank You. Oh and The Bowl was Delicious

This place was disgusting. We almost got our money back and left. (Wish we did) All the tables were dirty. The kitchen was dirty, all the employees clothes were dirty. The bathrooms were unsanitary. The food was old and dry.

I love their chicken so much. We recently got a Bojangles in Las Vegas Nevada but they don’t serve bone-in chicken.
