Enjoyed Bojangles for a weekend breakfast. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Received my order of a steak biscuit combo with Bo-rounds almost immediately after ordering, and the food was hot and fresh. The Bo-rounds were crispy with a soft interior, and the country fried steak on the steak biscuit was cooked well and the biscuit was warm and soft. Great spot for a quick breakfast.

They screw something up every time I go there!!!! Today it was $1.59 I paid to upsize my bo rounds and they gave me the regular size. Drive-thru uses AI to take the order but doesn’t have a screen and doesn’t read the order back to you. I told myself I wouldn’t go back and I did this morning cause I wanted EXTRA BO ROUNDS, so the thing I came there for they screwed up..

The food is good, but the customer service is unacceptable. They close at 10pm, and I came in at 6 to order 20 pieces of chicken for my family. The person taking my order literally said “god damn it” for no reason in front of me. That’s extremely unprofessional. You come to work, but get upset just because a customer orders food? Do I have to pay and cook it myself? Make it make sense!

If I could give it no starts I would. The lady taking our order was incredibly rude because she couldn’t hear us. When we got to the window she rudely asked us to pull forward and when I asked for a receipt she wouldn’t give us one. We waited for 30 min for our food while 6 cars got their food in no time, and when she finally brought them out we again asked for the receipt again she walked away and rudely said it’s on the bag. Honestly the worst experience at a fast food restaurant. It was cashier 13 sun if that tells you who it is.

Visited the drive thru this morning and ordered the special advertised, 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits for $4. My receipt is correct, but by the time I make it work and look at the order, I have 2 sausage biscuits! And to think I was gonna share one with a co-worker! I wouldn’t have complained as much until I saw how over cooked the sausage was and the biscuit was crumbly and hard! No more breakfast for me from this Bojangles!
