Went to Bojangles today and ordered 3 wing combo and 3 extra wing. They said it was gonna be 12-15 minutes wait. We stayed 3:09 to 3:40 waiting on our chicken get done. They diden have nothing in order. They diden even have hair nets on. Everything was out order in kitchen. When they got done put our food in bag. I checked make sure everything was in there and manger said the large fries and coleslaw was in bag with a attitude. As I walk off I said don’t be getting attitude with me cause y’all don’t have stuff in order in kitchen. They diden. Have no hair nets on in kitchen. It was very unprofessional.

I love the Bo Bites, they are delicious. The breakfast biscuits are always a hit and what I like most is you can get your biscuit cooked to order. You just have to wait four minutes, which is fine with me. Thanks, Bojangles for good hot food.

Horrible customer service. Took a couple minutes to even be acknowledged. Waited 10 minutes and asked how long it would be and the lady said to me “Bo rounds take 5 minutes!”. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Did a online order, which gave me a time to pick up…when I got there, there was one car in the curbside parking spot and a car that must’ve went through drive-thru but was told to pull up while they wait (they should’ve stayed at the window so that the employees would be on the timer, to hopefully get his food to him quicker). After I went in, I was told the food wasn’t ready. Then, after waiting a few more minutes, they told me they’re waiting on my dirty rice, which will take 5mins. I stood in the store for 10mins or more, to the point the guy that was sitting in his car waiting for his food, came in and stood there waiting. Finally got my food and got home, just to find out my wife 3pc dinner (which was supposed to be 1 drum, 2 thighs) only had 1 piece in it. Our dirty rice might as well be called yellow rice because there was no meat in it. I started to drive all the way back for the missing chicken I paid for, but my wife told me she would just deal with the 1 piece. If you’re gonna make someone wait a long time for their food, the least you can do is make sure the order is correct. I seems like being on their phone checking Snapchat is more important than their job.

For the most part, everything was good overall. I found a sharp piece of black plastic in my coleslaw and reported it to the manager. I called back later to inform her that the sharp plastic was actually from the spork, not in the coleslaw. She proceeded to say the problem was on my end, even though I told her at least twice that I got the spark from the store. Needless to say, the food was great, but the issue with the spork needs further review.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. The food is horrible. I ordered a chicken supremes combo and the fries and chicken had to be at least a day old. I couldn’t even bite into it. The manager did honor my request for a refund. Please save your money and your time and go eat elsewhere especially if it’s your lunch break.

I only eat breakfast at Bojangles! I normally eat at the Bojangles at hwy 56 and tobacco Rd and always have good experience with food and customer service. Today I had errands on wrightsboro road so I went into the Bojangles here on wrightsboro. The cashier had the worst attitude and no friendly welcoming demeanor like most customer service workers do. Ariel was what her name tag said. I ordered my food for dine in but she put it in bags. Part of my order was a gravy biscuit. She put the gravy biscuit in the bag on its side causing the gravy to spill out in of the styrofoam container. I reminder her it was on for dine in and she just gave me stupid look. I asked for a tray and she stood there she didn’t understand me. Finally, she in pulled out a tray and put my food on a dirty tray. I am very appreciative of any person who nowadays at least goes to work. However, whoever she kept texting while I ordered and was waiting for my food must have made her mad or put her in bad mood and she let it interfere with doing a good job. I considered it displaced anger. I doubt I will return to this restaurant and if I do I won’t order if she is cashier taking my order.

Went there yesterday, ordered at the drive thru. Once we get to the window they tell us the total and we hand over our card. THEN they tell us theyre out of fries (would’ve gone somewhere else if I hadn’t already paid) so they ask if we want mac and cheese instead. (ok i guess) they pass us our drinks and shut the window in our face. Then pass us our food (no bag) with the receipt shoved in the box. We pull up thinking that everything would be there and realize they never gave us our card back. So we pull back through the drive thru and they stare at us out the window for 5 minutes before finally coming over and us asking about the card. It was still in the machine… and not an apology or anything. Handed it to us and shut the window. Once we get home one of our 4 pieces was a 3 piece (tenders were much smaller than normal anyway) and food was cold. Was not impressed and I would suggest another location.

The service was very slow, and the chicken was just not that good. It was edible, but I won’t ever go back and get anymore.
The pieces were small, and they didn’t have much flavor. Certainly was not crispy.
The service treated me more like an inconvenience than a customer.
