Terrible service, the girl that took our order kept repeating the same question that we gave a straight answer. Got our food which was the only good part about our experience. Employees are yelling in the back about unwork related stuff, and one of the girls walked into the lobby and yelled “I’m going to kill myself” because she had to take an order out to a car that had to pull up and wait in their food. There was also a van that was sitting at the doors waiting for their food that had been there before we arrived and took 15 minutes for food to come out and the employee forgot their drinks making the customer come inside to retrieve it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store

This location has the best biscuits always hot and fresh. The manager who runs this store knows what she is doing as I never have any issues and my food is always hot and fresh not to mention the lobby is always clean…..

Ok so i got inside this building at 7:20am and was the only person standing in line for what seemed like forever while I stood waiting for anyone to greet me acknowledge me just anything I watched as everyone focused on the drive thru. Dont get me wrong i use to be a manager for McDonald’s so I get and understand thw whole keeping drive thru times down but also dont neglect the customers who are standing waiting for their order to be took literally all i got was a chicken biscuit thats it and it took 10mins to get that. Do better
Update 02/19/26. So once again I come inside to order and there is tons of people working the drive thru and 1 girl on front and doing everything by herself. This is such a bad look for any restaurant but bojangles especially since breakfast is their busiest time. I feel sorry bad for this cashier. And she apologized for the wait time and was super sweet. Get her a runner

2 days ago I stopped at a Bojangles in Hixson Tennessee got me a chicken sandwich at Bos chicken it was amazing probably inch and a half thick crispy juicy it was amazing. Stop at one in Dalton Tennessee today got the same chicken sandwich it was a quarter inch thick on one end probably and half inch on the other smaller than the bun and dry and cold

Does not participate in the Bojangles chicken sandwich is what they told me. Do not ask them if they do, just order it from the app and do curbside and they will bring it out to you . They also need some improvement on the way they talk to their consumers but unfortunately the food tastes amazing so I have to give at least 3 stars.

I love going to this Bo Jangles. Normally if you go early in the morning around 5-6am you’ll get fresh food. Today I went around 7:40am and they pretty much gave me scraps. I ordered a #9 4 count. THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME IT IS NOT A FULL TENDER. This isn’t a joke. If I’m getting charged for 4 tenders don’t give me a little sad nugget and try to pass it off as a full tender. They definitely ration their food during the day time or are just to lazy to make more tenders. Other than that the workers are always so nice and the inside is always clean.

Employees are always pleasant. Food is good for the most part. Sometimes the occasional rinky dink piece of chicken but that’s beyond their control. Food hot and fresh. Today I tried the Bo-Rito and it is delicious. Front counter clerk was pleasant as usual.
