Staff was friendly and courteous. I was able to order a Family Tailgate Box and there was no problem accommodating the pieces of chicken needed and/or the sides I requested. Cashier was super helpful and pleasant. Wait time was perfect for said order. Staff is very much appreciated; will visit again in the future for sure.

Good customer service and kind staff- BUT couldn’t help to notice that an employee putting Mac and cheese in a cup used her bare hands to put back some Mac and cheese back into the cup when she missed. This also happened with several orders of Bo rounds. Needs a strict glove policy.

I dont know who those people think they are but they have no class. I had to repeat my order 3 times and I dont stutter… and when I requested to make my bowl a meal apparently that’s makes their world stop turning. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and got an attitude when I asked for honey. Very rude people, long wait, and they should not be employed if they are going to act like that. What a joke

I have always enjoyed eating at this Bojangles in Royston, but today was not a good day. The customer service was awful by an employee named Donna. They need to put her in the back with no customer contact. She had a very dry personality. She was not friendly or couteous at all. She was not helpful with the order. Please get some new help

I got a box of chicken and some biscuits. I used to go to Popeyes for chicken. Or the deli at my supermarket. Publix or even Walmart. I moved to Georgia and can’t find a Popeyes. So, Bojangles, I thought, will do. Well, the chicken is not as good as what I can get at the local Bi Lo market. Which is , actually, really good. I don’t know what’s up with this locations’ biscuits but they were like heavy bread. I love Popeyes biscuits and gravy and these from Bojangles should not be called biscuits. You had to tear them apart like bread. Bad day in the Bojangles kitchen ? I don’t know. But I wouldn’t get them again. The chicken I can get at any supermarket and it’s better and cheaper. Sorry Bojangles, but I wasn’t impressed.
