My Mom and I went there for dinner flies were dive bombing us. I made a complaint with customer service no one cared!!!! Never got a call back! Never received a refund! Had to leave we couldn’t even eat the flies were so bad!!! They emailed me and said someone would contact me about my experience but as of today no one has!

This isn’t the same place we visited 2-3 months ago. Needless to say it will be our last visit. At least the food was hot.
On that note, I got a spicy chicken biscuit when I asked for a classic chicken sandwich. Both meals I swear was from yesterday’s batch; the chicken was dry.
The cashier and managers weren’t in any hurry to offer any service. Everyone was sitting in the dining area. Although there seemed to be an interview taking place, does it take 4 people? When the cashier finally arrive…well. Then it took nearly 20 minutes for our order to be ready.
Oh! Did I mention the flies??? The sticky floors? The bathroom? The empty tea urn?
This store had enough crew members to keep the place stocked and cleaned, as well as tend to customers properly. Management is not on the ball.

Just popped into this location about 15 minutes ago drive-thru line was super long so I went inside I was greeted with welcome to Bojangles my order was quickly taken and received I had two sausage biscuits and they were absolutely fantastic keep up the good work folk!

I placed order for 2 sausage biscuits at 1027 am,it was 1037 before I received the order. The problem was the cashier. She didn’t demonstrate ability needed for high foot traffic and multiple duties-which appeared to be front counter area. People stop here for the food. I’ve had conversations about the food with others who agree that the food is great!
Poor customer service is ruin the best intentions of any business.
Hope management will make the best change to accommodate the foot traffic. Don’t watch your team member drown another offer any help.

I just came through the drive through for sausage biscuits and I gotta send a shout out to the cook. The biscuits nearly melted in my mouth.. perfectly prepared, and the sausage was perfectly cooked.

I had a Cajun chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. It tasted horrible. Nothing like other Bojangles restaurants. They didn’t have all the lights on. It looked closed, but the sign said 5 am till 10pm. I felt unwelcomed. Also I had borounds they were ok. But just a biscuit and borounds cost over $10. I will not be back.

The young black man working the register yesterday was high as heck couldn’t even talk to us and charged us double!! We eat bo jangles often and know how much our order always cost. He should be fired and not work with the public!
