This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. As soon as I walked in the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a large Mac and cheese and a large fry and a mtn dew. When ordering I was told they were out of Pepsi, Dr Pepper and Diet Pepsi so I ordered a mtn dew. I waited for my food for 30 minutes mind you there were only two other customers the whole time. When I went to leave I checked my bag and realized there wasn’t Mac and cheese in the bag and the fry wasn’t even full all the way. I went back in to get it corrected and I was told because I didn’t have my receipt I couldn’t get my order fixed. After arguing with him for a bit over what I had, he finally gave me a SMALL Mac and cheese and no fix to my fries. When I get home I see it looking discolored and old. Normally I don’t write reviews, but after this experience I don’t believe I will ever come back.

I never leave a review but I live in the neighborhood and go to this restaurant at least once each week. The last 2 times they have left items off my simple order. In one case I ordered two combos and didn’t get one. In the other the fries were left off. All this for $30. Don’t pull up and wait – Force them to complete your order and CHECK IT

It’s 11:00 AM and I came for brunch items. I have been in line for 20 minutes behind 4 cars and “Becky” the drive thru operator told me when I ordered for me to come to the front counter. They don’t care how long they take. They don’t care about pride in their jobs. They simply don’t care. This is my last 4 experiences , and it took me until now to get angry enough to post! There’s no other breakfast in downtown anymore or I wouldn’t come here at all. I’ll drive to 400. I’ll get home faster.

Ordered coffee and a chicken biscuit … The coffee was luke warm at best and burned … think about that for a moment. I literally poured the coffee down the sewer. Chicken was hard and chewy, and the biscuit crunchy, greasy and crumbled everywhere when I took a bite. I suspect both the coffee and biscuit were reheated one too many times or under a heat lamp too long. Absolute wasted of money. Don’t bother…

Came in this morning. They were packed and probably understaffed but everybody was hustling so hard to take care of customers. The lady who appeared to be a manager was working her butt off and keeping everyone moving. Just wanted to leave a nice note.

While having my truck serviced across the street I got a snack here. The sweet potato hand pie was great. Fast friendly service and the dining room was neat and clean. Well done. Great staff and looks to be well managed. I will be back.

Fast Food Chicken. The chicken was freshly made and the fresh where good. I might be a snob for thinking this but the potatoes definitely came from a box. All in all though decent fast food meal and the drive through attendant was nice.
