Bojangles, is there a shortage on potatoes? I stopped by to grab a snack and ordered fries, but I didn’t get a full portion. I could tell there were only about eight in the bag, and they were cold and hard. It seemed like they gave me food that had been sitting all day instead of fresh fries. Honestly, I probably won’t be returning to this restaurant, as it was disappointing to receive food that didn’t seem fresh.

Stop in for the 1st time at around 9p. No line in the drive-thru. Ordered 8 pieces of chicken mixed. I can say that the pieces were of normal size, which you don’t get anymore BUT it wasn’t good. Asked if the chicken and biscuits were fresh before paying and was told, Yes. Smh, the biscuits were bricks but the chicken, not hot but you could tell, had been cooked not to long before getting there. Should only go before 9 o’clock pm I’m guessing. It wasn’t a good experience & I don’t know what all the hype is about this place. We have one now in Spring Texas but I’ll pass.

The service was good. The food was subpar which is unfortunate because I like Bojangles. I have had some great experiences at Bojangles but it definitely depends on the location. The Hudson Bridge Road Stockbridge location was not great in terms of fresh out great food. Would not recommend this location.

I was informed the couldn’t “sell” me a cup of hot water. After i told the girl I’ve never had a problem getting hot water from another location, that i was trying to make my crying baby a bottle. She had no response. Dunkin next door had no problem GIVING me a cup of water. Please do better!

Took my daughter for a physical when we left Bojangles was directly in front of us with no cars in the drive thru so we pulled up and placed and an order Our food was ready when we pulled to window so we just kept going after I told my daughter to cut my biscuit in half so she could try it I was eating my Potato cake and Looked at her and she made a face at the sandwich I said what’s wrong and quickly bit my biscuit only to find raw chicken inside I quickly called the restaurant and felt as though the manager did not take my complaint seriously there were about 8 staff members standing around yet they were serving uncooked food

The MOST amazing experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles in my life! The staff was the kindest, most helpful group of persons I have encountered in the fast food industry. I have ZERO regrets that our family stopped here! Please watch the video and see the pics!!!!! They really went above and beyond in this store to go above and beyond!!!!! Thank you alllll so much!!!!

The lady at the drive through this morning is really nice however my food was disappointing for two reasons.
1. I asked and paid for a Cajun biscuit with egg and cheese and they did NOT add the cheese.
2. This is a picture of how easily my biscuit fell apart. How can I even eat this.

My momma and I came here for the first time for breakfast. It was so good, especially the hash browns. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We will be back.

Although my recent drive-through experience was compromised by errors, lengthy wait times, and cleanliness concerns, I am confident that targeted adjustments can enable this restaurant to flourish. During my visit, I identified opportunities for growth, including the need for enhanced communication and organizational efficiency. I was surprised to witness my returned sausage and biscuit being rebagged for another customer, but I am hopeful that this experience can serve as a catalyst for positive transformation. With refined processes in place, I have reported this incident to the corporate office, and I am confident that prompt action will be taken to address these concerns.
