My experience at this location was okay, but I feel like the food definitely needs a little more TLC. Some of the dishes seemed rushed and lacked the flavor and care that really makes a meal stand out. The presentation was fine, but the taste didn’t match the expectation. With a little more attention to seasoning, freshness, and consistency, the food could be on another level. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice, but the kitchen could put more love into the dishes to really bring the whole experience together.

Two days in a row I went for breakfast before work, two days in a row I order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. WHERE and what is this egg? This sandwich looks old. Sweet tea with absolutely no sugar…yesterday I ordered Cajun fries and bo rounds, they gave me two fries. I asked for one of the fries to be corrected for Bo rounds -got both fries replaced with Bo rounds. Apparently one mayonnaise packet is also supposed to be suffice for two meals? This place has gone down hill so fast and I can’t go back to have this fixed….two days in a row with two meals ordered each time…

I wish I could give this location a negative star rating! I have gone there around 7:15pm on more than one occasion. Both times, there’s been zero cars in the drive thru and zero in the dining area. I’ve stood at the front counter for 15-20 and I’m not exaggerating……zero acknowledgment that I’m there. On another occasion, I stood there waiting for someone and finally saw a young lady with a headset on working the drive-thru and asked her if anyone was taking orders at the register and she looked at me like she was upset that I was in there and told me NO. It was well before closing, approximately 7:10pm. Why was the door even unlocked then? I don’t know if this is a corporately owned restaurant or a franchise owned one but there needs to be a surprise visit to maintain quality control at this location if they care about business. This is the same location where a supervisor un-alived a female employee’s father. With the rising cost of eating out, I won’t beg anyone to take my hard earned money. I will not EVER return back to this location!! It was convenient because I drive tractor trailer for the USPS and the plant is a mile down the road. This place won’t get another dollar from me!!!

Worst experience. Ordered through drive thru for Large Size Sides: Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes.
They asked me to pull up. After sitting for about 5 mins I went inside to add another order of biscuits.
Once inside they didn’t have enough green beans for my order as well as none preparing. They also tried to give me an small order of mashed potatoes inside of a large size container. After asking for the manager they added more potatoes and gravy to the container and refunded me the green beans and biscuits.
I was at this establishment for over 30 mins for just some mashed potatoes and gravy.
Management experience wasn’t any better. She had an attitude at me, as well as the workers as she wasnt the manager on duty.

Critique & Criticism
These people have a simple job with simple tasks. Cook the chicken, count the cash, clean and repeat. This is third and last time they will screw up my order. I received a 4 piece tender and not the 5 piece I ordered. The second order on the receipt is 2 bird dogs missing key ingredients pickles and bo sauce. Other than that they run out of chicken every 2 days and don’t like to do tasks that take them longer than standing still. I won’t come here again.

I am very upset with this restaurant on September 6 I went in and made a purchase. My total was $21.07. The young lady kept my credit card so I pulled forward immediately and went in to get the card. A few days later, I checked my bank account and found that I have been charged for two orders. The second order was $10.32. I went into the store the following Monday spoke with the manager who agreed to credit my account for the amount charged. I later found out that she did not credit my account but charge me an additional $10.75. I reached out to corporate through email and haven’t gotten any help.

I ordered online for curbside pickup at 10:30am for the bo bites combo. I pulled in and it the I’m here button at 10:40am, I waited 25 minutes and still no one came. So finally I went inside and no one had my order. They finally got my order to me, but when I got to the car, my fries had zero seasoning. I ASKED for EXTRA SEASONING! And I mean not even a singular grain of salt was on those fries.

We stopped @ Bojangles on our way home from church. My husband pulled up and ordered an 8 piece chicken, pulled around to the window to be told there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait on chicken @ BOJANGLES CHICKEN & BISCUITS on Sunday December 7th, 2025 @ 1:10 in the afternooon…REALLY!!

Went in today and was told all they had was chicken biscuits. I said ok although that isn’t what I wanted was ok with it but when I got home what they are calling biscuits is sad. This place needs to be closed down. Rude employees who don’t care about customer service or taking pride in the product they are selling. Pretty sure they just don’t want to make what they sell.
