I chose Bojangles over another well known chain although it cost twice as much (with a discount). The drumstick was the size of a drummette. I wish I could attach a picture. In addition to the chicken pieces being SO small, it was dry. The quality was so much worse than what II had a couple of months back. I guess every place has a bad day. Bojangles can do better. They did have nice service.

Went through the drive-through at 9:30 PM. Ordered large fries that were cold and old. Went to their breakfast all day menu and ordered two bacon egg cheese biscuits. They were so cold and old. It looked like they had made them that morning. I was very disappointed in the food. It truly should be an against policy to serve food that cold and old. I realize that they were probably going to close soon, but that is no excuse to serve me food that they were getting ready to throw away.

When i got there, there were only a few cars in the drive-in line. It didn’t move for 5 minutes. I finally got my order in and it was still not moving. I ended up pulling away before getting my order and it made me late for work. I have plenty of other options for breakfast but I chose Bojangles. Maybe this location just isn’t being managed correctly.

Lady at the counter was cheerful and happy to see me as a customer. Biscuit combo was served up quickly and was HOT. . ! After a larger breakfast customer group was finished and left, a hostess came around wiping all the tables that were not ocupied.

This is the chicken sandwich BLT version, $5.99 for half a piece of burnt bacon, tuft of lettuce, and tomato fraction. As if this weren’t bad enough, the whole thing was cold. I will not be returning. Also, the fries are rarely fresh when I happen to order from this location. Last time when I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, the staff member refused and told me I had to purchase an entire seasoning bottle.

I don’t get how this place still exists with all of the better establishments around. Chicken was burnt to high hell and back, forgot and item, biscuits were overcooked aswell. Even when the food is done right it is painfully mediocre. Half star, negative star, never again.

I came through the drive through, and ordered a 20 piece family meal, and when I got home to feed my family I noticed that I got a 14 piece chicken wing meal, with only 6 pieces of dark meat(4 small legs & 2 thighs) No one can get full off of just wings and that’s not ok! That’s not what someone should receive when ordering a 20 piece family meal. I of course called, and no one answered! This is the 2nd time they’ve done this! I spent a total of 65 dollars on my order, and felt ripped off! I guess I have to check my meals if ordering to go….. which no one should have to do, especially seeing you guys weren’t busy!

This Location 2800 Hwy 34 East, Newnan,Ga is a DUMP!!! I will never give them a hard earned penny of mine and the whole franchise for that manner. Store #1238 has the poorest management and crew members with the laziest customer service ever. The food is always cold and burnt. They are so desperate to have someone working a shift there that they themselves( all management)could care less about integrity and training the drive thru/cashiers/servers to take pride in it. Thank you Store # 1238 for being poorly managed and ran with no class and integrity and therefore saving me money to the fact of never dropping another penny into your store and any other Bogangles on the planet

I had a lovely breakfast with my Ma here! The service was fast, kind, and attentive. Food and coffee was fresh. The inside dining area and bathroom were in great condition! The inside was packed with customers so was the drive thru line both kept moving despite being busy! Maurice was an excellent cashier and Nikki was a fantastic manager! This is the best Bojangles I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many in various places over the years!
