Under no circumstances should you all pull something like this out of a fryer knowing it’s not throughly cooked. You can tell it wasn’t before placing it in between a biscuit and slapping cheese on it.
Outside of that you don’t know who’s consuming this. I myself am pregnant and surely can’t afford to be eating raw chicken for breakfast or any meal for that matter. If you’re not standing over them ensuring your meal is made properly they are very careless and inconsiderate.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast biscuit which was hot, fresh and delicious. My coworkers had been talking about boberry biscuits so I tried those also and was not disappointed. The boberry biscuit was warm, soft, fluffy and full of berries on the inside with a nice crust and glaze on the outside. Melt in your mouth deliciousness.

I’ve dined in at this location for years. This is the first time I had a issue. I ordered 3 peices of Grouper this time instead or Whiting or Salmon. My fried Grouper looked delicious but it was” under” cooked. Mushie tasting, not sushi but close. I don’t ever feel comfortable or trusting to send my food back for a extra Fry. I ended up just taking it home.

-No signs of hand washing after a heavy set female employee, short fro in a red shirt,stuck her hands in the trash can.
-Lots of horseplay and attitudes.
-Please diffuse any anger before coming to work!
After being rushed to order at drive thru and piss poor salesmenship, I was sold bad/rotten chicken wings! Even through the fried batter, the wings were black. If the employee fries the chicken, doesn’t he/she suppose to do quality check inspections on what he/she cooks? When I brought the meal back, the manager had an attitude and that’s when I requested a refund for my meal. I traveled here from Atlanta so I expected my meal to be the way I had envisioned it…delicious! Epic fail on the food and experience. Then as the manager was refunding the meal she complained about the refund to her employees. I overheard the employees talking about who they was about to fight. Trust, it wasn’t going to be me today, yesterday, or tomorrow! This is 2026, I shouldn’t have to sacrifice the quality of my meal for poor customer service/management and rotten food! This is the year of not returning if the service was substandard the way it was today! Eat at your own risk and always inspect your food thoroughly!

On March 7, 2026 at 11:32 AM (Check #406) at Bojangles #1246 on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow, the drive-thru employee rolled her eyes when I asked for condiments and sarcastically said “Dang, anything else?” when I asked for honey.

I’ve only been during in the drive thru during the daytime, but this place has consistently been on point. Food is hot, served quickly, and the staff is polite and pleasant. Fast Food service is pretty poor in this area, its nice to have a reliable spot.

Food is good but the service sucks. Retrain employees to have better customer service. The girl taking drive through orders had a bad attitude. I even heard her cursing while talking to the other employees and it was over the intercom. Smh. Her tone with multiple customer was like she was having a bad day.

It was good until it wasn’t. I thought I had hair in my to-go box. When I flipped my Bo-berry biscuit upside down, it was a bug/fly. I almost ate it. Yuck!!! My Cajun filet biscuit was okay though but not fresh/hot. I usually like this location but I’m disappointed.

Dont go here after 8pm or they won’t be able to service you. Been here several times while the location was still actively open and was told that I couldnt be serviced due to various “issues” in the kitchen or with the payment system. Not an issue but when I am serviced its usually accompanied with an attitude, anger and belittling.

Waited exactly 46 minutes for “fresh” , hard, burned boberry biscuits. Weren’t edible at all. Waste of money and time. Didn’t even have the energy to go back through the drive thru. Horrible!
