My mom’s chicken was half cold. And all the fries were extremely salty. We only ate the chicken. Drinks were good but barely any good options but thats not their fault. We’re group of 4. Only good thing I can say. Was that the Tropicana lemonade was good!

I order a breakfast combo meal coffee is COLD at 6:44 am later that evening I returned to complain to the manager I couldn’t get anyone on the phone as well he listened and apologized. He Asked to return in the morning I did within the staff the next day. The morning manager Was a wear of my return also apologized and made the whole experience right , so if you say something good may happen

When we arrived there was no one in line and no one in the restaurant. The guy at that register was new and I can understand that so I was patient. However, there were 4 employees and it took us 30+ minutes to get our order which consisted of a biscuit and 2 chicken tender meals. Later that night I got food poisoning from the cole slaw. The only thing I ate different from my family members was the slaw, so I know it was that. We definitely will not be returning to this location.

My cousin and I went there the other day and the girl in the first window took out order about about time we got to the second window all hell broke out first she said she was the manager and she wasn’t so we asked for the number to corporate office she said hold on she left the window and dialed her manager that was not there she was so so rude to us the price in the back window where you order said 5.99 she said we can not get our fish sandwich 4 5.99 she said that’s the price on the back board, is wrong so we want the price that is posted she argued with us I spoke with her manager and the manager said would you please give them that price and honor that it was a heck of a experience thank you

Haven’t been here in years. Used to live half a mile away so I frequented them. Everything was reheated to a crisp but not even hot. Almost inedible. Everything looked and tasted burnt and was super dry throughout which makes me think it was reheated and then sat again for some time. Maybe they’re too slow to stay in business so they can’t sell the food they prepare fast enough and don’t want to waste it so it comes out not fresh… I’m speculating but it just isn’t gonna work. The lady working was nice!

I was asked to pull up before 7pm we are now at 740pm, 2 people who walked in for 10 mins while im waiting walked out with orders and truck at window rolls off , then employee walks out to car and ask what am i waiting on. To make matters worse, they are out of sides that i was suppose to have and tea and lemonade. This is the most unorganized group i have ever seen. The morning manager runs tight ship, maybe she ought to be the night shift…… ridiculous
Update the family sides paid for were about half container full. I dont know what is going on but if this is the level of service being provided i dare not come back and i will be sharing my experience on other media outlets as well.

I ordered an egg platter with sausage add ham this what I received. I was charged for each item separately. I called the store.Then the employee told me I ordered bacon. I never order bacon. On the receipt says ham. And then she states you got the wrong receipt. After stating, this was the only platter made. Don’t waste your money. We have choices where to spend your money. Waffle House is right down the road less than 50 yards.

Young lady at the drive thru was very friendly and polite. Welcoming smile and very professional! Hadn’t stopped at this location in quite awhile but will return when I’m in the area! Excellent service and delicious “hot” food.
