I strongly recommend double-checking your food before leaving the building. Unfortunately, I was served raw meat on my biscuits (see attached photos). This is a serious food safety issue that should not be overlooked. Please exercise caution when ordering here.

Our first time at a Bojangles and it was great. Service was quick and food was out hot & fresh. Ton of sausage gravy with our sausage gravy and biscuit. Peach cobbler was pucker your mouth sweet. So good! Did not disappoint at all. And where else can you get a combo for less than $8?!?!

I just came in to pick up my order i placed online.The young white woman at the counter was ringing up a guy.After she finished his transaction she walked away.i proceeded to go to the other counter but didn’t want to bother her if she needed a moment to get orders together.After standing for 2 mins,she turns to me and ask am i picking up an order or placing one with a slick eye roll.Then i get my food and it’s half cold.The black lady asked me was it doordash i said no and she stated that they make the orders as son as they come in and thats the reason it’s not fresh.I order 5 mins prior to walking in,so that means dd customers are getting food thats been sitting in the warmer huh? I am a doordasher but today i was not and i don’t appreciate being treated that way.I appreciate the black lady for making it right but she was chiming in right with the white girl before she knew exactly what was going on.Stop playing with prophetic people!

NO SERVICE is equivalent to BAD SERVICE. I stood at the counter for 10 min without being acknowledged. I asked the two employees that were sitting in the lobby if they could assist me and they said, he will help you. It was the drive thru employee Mike. Mike didn’t assist so I stood there three more minutes than I left. The restaurant was completely empty but no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence. I left because I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else. KFC held the door open for me, greeted me, and told me that they were cooking me some fresh chicken. I am now a fan of KFC and thank you for the hospitality!! Bo Jangles do better!! Your staff failed me and loss me as a customer!!

This was a pickup order, 8 pc family meal. Everything was correct EXCEPT cooking. I spent over $30.00 for biscuits so hard it did not break when I dropped one on the counter on purpose. The cold slaw was just about expired. The gravy was so salty it could not be eaten. Now the chicken was worse than anything else.
Overly breaded and hard, the inside of the chicken was extremely dry. The one chicken leg was dark grey under the all that crust. So I just set my plate down. The only thing edible was mashed potatoes. So the one star on service and atmosphere comes from selling such horrific food. No receipt included. After removing the breading, the breast which was cooked to death inside was almost none. It didn’t matter how small the chicken was because it was not edible. Wasted my money, my gas my time to buy from here. Please don’t waste those things by buying here.

The food was fine I guess. Chicken was definitely several hours old. The staff however, was rude and condescending. Very very rude and condescending. Ordered items missed and when we brought it to their attention. We had to bring receipts up and prove to them they were wrong. There are many better options and better bo locations…

I came to this restaurant recently, and I was shocked…for 1 they didn’t have the southern chicken filet buscuit!!! So I got the Cajun ….I added bacon, and I didn’t know inwas paying $1.49 for them to give me 1 strip of bacon ripped in half. I’m very disappointed that this took place …..I’m. Not sure if this is common practice or a regional issue. I won’t be returning to this particular Bojangles any time soon.
