Just came here this morning and got the “new” steak and gravy biscuit. The steak in the middle was uncooked and pink and very soft in the middle. I called multiple times and got no answer

I don’t go here very often, maybe twice a year but after this visit I won’t be back. No complaints about the service; the lady at the window was very friendly & nice, especially at 7 in the morning.
However the food was a complete turn off-the biscuit was hard & looked like it was a leftover biscuit from the previous day that was reheated. Didn’t even try it because I knew that is was a bust. But the taste of the chicken was absolutely awful. It had a rancid taste like it was fried in days old oil. I’ve never tasted fried chicken this bad before & I still don’t understand how you can mess up fried chicken at the top of the morning. It was absolutely horrendous & left a disgusting after taste in mouth. If I was unsure about Bojangles before, I definitely know now not to eat from here.

You guys messed up my entire order. I ordered 3 wings, and got 2. I ordered 2 boberry biscuits, and got 1. I ordered sweet tea, and got iced tea. I can’t make this up. I won’t be back to this bojangles.

Last time going to this location…the biscuits are dry and hard. The chicken filets are flat and bland.
I went through the drive-thur..person was on the phone on a personal call the entire time.
I have went to other locations in state and out of state….the biscuits were soft, fluffy and buttery. The chicken filets are thicker, flavorful and moist.
They are doing something different at this location.

It’s refreshing to encounter such kindness in customer service. I hope their excellent work is recognized. Daneen is a gem that is hard to find.
Coming from Jamaica, KFC is said to be the best from that island, but tbh, Bojangles would give Jamaica a run for its chicken. I mean, it is super hard to choose between KFC from Jamaica and Bojangles as to which is the best.

We had a taste for a breakfast sandwich on the go. The customer service was adequate, however, upon receiving our biscuits we were extremely disappointed. Both biscuits were inedible and hard as a rock.

After ordering through the drive thru, I was informed I had to come inside for my order due to it taking 15 minutes to fix sausage and biscuits during breakfast hours. While waiting , I ordered 3 additional biscuits and had to wait another 10 minutes for 2 blueberry biscuits and a steak biscuit. The staff is very abrupt and not friendly at all. My oder sat in a slot waiting to be bagged for over 10 minutes. This could be a good place if the staff cared about customers in the store.

They walked away from the register without as much as a hello and no one acknowledged our existence. We were not served. We waited while the employees milled about. Waited 10 minutes. No other customers in the store.
