Service was awesome, the food was just not that good. Way too salty fries, sweet tea tasted old and weird, chewy parts of chicken. Also it took over 20 min for a singular meal.

I previously gave a 2 star review but didn’t give context, so I came back after today experience. The fries were cold — and I mean sitting out for an hour cold. The biscuits were completely raw on the inside. My son began eating it and I didn’t realize it until it was too late.
Several others that came through the drive thru also came back to report issues with their food.
We have consistently had issues with the food quality over the last several years and this was the worst of them all.

Ordered a breast and wing meal today and I am not sure what part of a chicken this is or if it’s even chicken and why one of your workers would put this in a box to give to a customer. I will never return to any location if this is what they are serving. I never write reviews but this one made me sick to my stomach.i have pictures that i wanted to post but don’t see a place to do so.

I had a terrible experience at this Bojangles location. The staff, especially Fredinand, were rude and unprofessional. The place was unsanitary — someone was cleaning a fan right by the food area, with dust and debris flying in the air. That’s completely unacceptable in a restaurant setting. This visit was a total waste of time, and I’m very disappointed in how poorly this location is managed. But I don’t even know why I’m writing this review because nothing ever gets done

Have passed this location for years but never ordered or dined here. I finally stopped at this location on a weekday afternoon and the location was not busy inside but did have a couple customers inside and some via the drive thru. Ordered a few items and the cashier seemed fairly inexperienced and not fully knowledgeable of most items offered; possibly newer employee. Other than that, the service was still good, friendly, and fast. Food was delicious. Chicken biscuit was good. Bo-berry biscuits were better than expected. The chicken sandwich was filling and tasty; hoped it was also available in spicy version, but it’s not. Restaurant was clean and parking was easily accessible.

They can never get my order right every time I’ve ordered a 12 pieces family meal online. 1st time – order wasn’t ready when I came even though I came 5-10 minutes after the designated time. Had to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make and put it together. 2nd time – they gave me lemonade when I ordered sweet tea. 3rd time – they gave me mash potatoes without gravy. This time (4th) – gave me mixed chicken when I ordered all dark. I’ve should’ve learned my lesson by now to check every part of my order to make sure it’s all correct.

Went inside to order dinner this evening and once we walked in, there are people waiting for their food looking frustrated. One man was disputing with the girl behind the counter because his order was all wrong. One man requested a refund because he was simply tired of waiting for his 2 piece chicken, (no telling how long these people have been there before we came in)
The restaurant was disgusting, the floor was visibly dirty with literal trash, food, stickiness from whatever had been spilt. Not one table towards the front was wiped while we had to sit while we waited.
Looks like the workers were easily sidetracked by getting orders made in a timely manor, because from what I could see, there was 3 people running that whole restaurant.
Food was delicious, but the restaurant and workers need some TLC!!!!

This was the best experience i had with Bojangles. The double egg biscuit was made to order!!! The eggs werent already made, they made the eggs fresh. My sandwich was piping hot and with a sprinkle of salt, YUM! THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE BOJANGLES ON HWY 92 NEXT TO KROGER!!

Good food but always super busy.
I’ve eaten here a couple times on the way back from golf and both times it’s been good. I would have stopped more often but it is always super busy – cars wrapped around the building and lots of people in line inside.
If you zoom in you can see it isn’t the cleanest looking dining room and I can say the same for the prep area. My best guess is that they’re so busy they just don’t have time to clean as much as they could.
