I could say a lot about both food and service and the young lady I asked to add a gravy biscuit to my order but she said I would have to go back around. Then she laughed. If I could I would put a closed sign up as to not subject any more Villa Ricans to this place! Hope she enjoyed my tip.

I Would rate nothing if i could they are disrespectful and unpleasing especially the manager wouldve not thought she was any type of management at all I drove 20 minutes for this wouldve asked for a refund but didnt want my time wasted anymore will definitely be driving further for another location!! Don’t get the grill pork chop is horrible should be taken off menu on top of that i was given an order that wasn’t mine. The AI in the drive thru is horrible with taken orders. GM attitude is horrible this isn’t my first time there i have giving this place many chances over time. service is horrible. Too much salt is being used at this restaurant. Better off going to the one in temple GA

I came here this morning and placed an order. My food was old/stale. I called back to ask if I could get fresh food and the manager wanted to know what time i had placed my order. (Less than 10 minutes). She said yes, I also share that I had an appointment. I didn’t know at the time that my tea wasn’t sweet so when I returned to exchange my bo’ rounds, I asked for an exchange of drink as well. The manager at this location, old African American woman with grey braids in her hair needs to take sensitivity and customer service training classes. Her demeanor is horrible. Me, alerted me that she couldn’t take my drink back, when she looked at my bag of food that I was returning she asked if that was my order, I said yes but your aggressive manager had a lot to say.. not only did she jump in and state that what I said was inaccurate, she also stated that it was to late to return my drink! I took 2 sips out of my drink and it’s full otherwise. I’ve never heard of timing being an issue especially when I asked first, and then returned as promised. While I understand policies, I don’t take kindly to rudeness! Nor do I appreciate horrible customer service. When I asked for the stale food back, I told the manager not to worry about it that I would reach out to corporate and she told me to go ahead and call them, she didn’t care! I’ve been sitting in their parking lot for almost an hour on the phone trying to reach a district manager and not 1 additional al car has placed an order with them. I understand why! Her attitude will be the downfall of this business! Bolinda is the name on my receipt! Horrible service!! She needs a break, a retreat, or a new job all together. Something is clearly wrong

It was freezer cold in the restaurant. The windows were fogged over. The music was so loud we just ate in silence! The tea was empty, the drink fountain was dirty. Our food was cold before we made it to our table. The “peach cobbler “ was simply a biscuit with peach jelly on it. We got there and were made to wait because she decided to serve drive through customers first. The customers were driving up after we’d stood there for 5 minutes. WE WERE THERE FIRST!!! There was black mold on the ceiling in the dining room. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! Bojangles, you should be ashamed!!!

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 biscuits and 2 drinks. My total was 16 and some change. I thought that was a little high for what I was ordering so I simply asked the chick at the window to confirm my order. She barks back my order like it ruined her day to do it so I ask for the ticket, not initially to brag about Bolinda, and her exceptional customer service at the window, but just to see how it charged me, and she tells me “girl, It’ll be on the bag. And on the bag it was. Be so for real, that wasn’t called for. I won’t go back and I wouldn’t suggest wasting money in an establishment where they don’t know how to talk to folks.

Bojangles breakfast is always fuego. Stopped in at this place early one morning leaving Atlanta. Per the usual, Bojangles was as delicious as you can get from the fast food breakfast circuit. Great staff, Ballin food and quick service. They check all the boxes for a quick breakfast anytime. It’s breakfast time all day in here.
