I was so disappointed today. I ordered a large fry and they all were burnt. They cost 5.02 for a box of burnt potatoes. Everything including food is too high to be paying for garbage. No one takes pride in their jobs anymore. I wouldn’t serve anything that I wouldn’t eat ro someone else. Bojangles Do Better!!

The wait was awful had 30 to 40 minutes to get my order and no place to sit no tables available. Had to leave to eat at my work. The biscuits were crumbling when trying to eat them. I should have gotten the gravy and biscuits instead.

Took 30 minutes to get my food. They clicked that I had already been served after the timer ran for 3 minutes. Should never take 30 minutes for FAST food! I also had to go inside and get it. They said they would bring it out, never happened. And they forgot the gravy

The only problem I had was their small portion of slaw it was very small with the price tag of a $14 meal. It seemed like I was a little shorted plus cup wasn’t filled up. It was up a little over half.

No issues with food but staff always seems very preoccupied with personal drama and being very vocal about it with customers around. Cashier on 9/24/25 at 10am and many other days can’t keep her face away from her personal cell phone instead of paying attention to her customers.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:43. One worker was at the cash register, another person was outside smoking, and someone else was taking out the trash. I waited for at least five minutes and said hello several times, but no one took my order. I will never come here again when they can’t be bothered to serve customers during their posted hours.
