Food is normally good, but today Dec15 abt 130pm could not even order it. There was a customer in front of me ( that had to wait 10 mins before being waited on. The girl told the guy that he woukd have to make snd put it together. Then it was my turn to order, and they both walked away. So I left to go eat somewhere else. Owner please dont comment you appreciate my business. Do something about having a cleaner restaurant and have better employees who care

They have gone so far downhill. Prices have skyrocketed. A large cajun combo is 11.11 while at the Chatsworth location it is only 8.00. I went today, and this is the sorry excuse of a biscuit that 11.00 got me. I won’t be back. The staff have been unfriendly lately as well.
Edit to add. Today employees were smoking right outside the back door next to where you order at the drive through. I should not be forced to smell cigarettes while ordering my food.

You can always tell when the ones who like to stand around and talk to their colleagues are working the window in the morning. There will be a line. The day before yesterday, the lady at the window, stood there with my bag talking while my biscuit was on the counter. She finally put it into the bag, and instead of coming to the window, she continued her conversation with her co-worker. I finally blew the horn to get her to give me my bag, and even then, she took her own good time. People are going to work in the morning and don’t want to sit there, so you can chat with your buddy.

Store wasn’t that busy several employees standing around talking while one person was working. Ordering the food and getting it took forever. Food came out wrong. Tables were dirty, out of napkins, and out of condiments in lobby. the old saying goes got time to lean, ya got time to clean.

We were told that we HAD to stop in if we were in the area so we gave it a chance. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy we were that we did because this place did NOT disappoint. Talk about a taste of rural America? The Chicken Bo-berry waffle is so good that it should be illegal and the Bo-tatoes are steaming nuggets of heaven. The wife had a side of their white country gravey and it was so creamy and buttery good that it should almost come in a cup with a straw. Needless to say, it VERY easy to work your way into obesity eating here but you’ll never be happier doing it. 5 stars, we’ll be back.

This is our FAVORITE and MANDATORY stop anytime we’re in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is as good as Momma’s home cooking. Can we please live here???

AI ordering has ruined this place. Not to mention you will be waiting 15-20 minutes on food that won’t even be right. I shouldn’t have to check my order every single time. If it is wrong it’ll be another 10 plus minutes before you can get it corrected. Go to the one on Riverstone instead. It may be 15 minutes away but it’s worth it.

Ok a few of their employees were hanging around out side. I get it I understand doing whatever after work but this one guy had a tail that he/she/furry/whatever was wearing and it made me uncomfortable. It said they wouldn’t let it ware it during work. That made me question where we are going as a society. Also an employee was wearing big cartoon Smurf slippers with bags on them to keep them clean in place of shoes… And some girl was arguing about having to work 2 more hours to cover someone that called outs shift. I just wish we went to the Popeyes across the street.
