This was our first visit to this location. The food was great and the service was friendly. We had fried chicken and tenders and also tried the new nuggets. I like the spice that in all the chicken. The sides are tasty, we had fries, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. The biscuits were amazing. Our only complaint was that even though we were the only people there at the time, many of the tables were dirty and some still had trash on them.

I picked up lunch today at my neighborhood BoJangles. I got the 4 pc chicken supreme combo, which was good (thus the 4-start for food). I unsually get the 3 pc, but when the automated order-taking robot suggested the 4 pcs, I agreed (thus the 1 star for service because I fell for the strategic marketing technique).
When I got to the window I asked for an additional BoSauce as I know that one Bo sauce is barely enough for the 3-pc. The server stated that the extra sauce would cost me $0.27. I declined. The sauces are the same size, and you receive one with each meal, whether that be a 3, 4 or 5 piece.
IF Bojangles believes that 2.3% extra is worth loosing a customer over then maybe senior management needs to re-evaluate their business model. I am not saying that I will never be back to this Bojangles. They are very convienant to my work; however, Popeyes was going to charge $0.37 for a pack of mayonase about two years ago and I have not been back to that location since.

Took me a minute to get served after going hungry all day I was desperate for something to eat and while it’s been years since I’ve eaten from Bojangles, my last experience was very good. It was not comparable to today. When I did get served, the young lady was polite and thorough but the mistake was my order… I got a chicken sandwich meal and it was predominantly breading and spice. The least needy sandwich I have ever eaten, hot with spice, too much spice, the fries were okay and I found something to drink although I’m not fond of their choice of Pepsi products. Definitely not my favorite experience

The establishment was clean. The staff wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude either. They left off a small part of our order but fixed it without hesitation. The bo rounds were greasy compared to my usual Bojangles.

They were fast and quick with my order and was very polite. They even ask if I needed any condiments since most restaurants do not ask at all in the drive -thru. My food was delicious.

I called to place a large order at 8 AM for a 10 AM pick up. I showed up at 10 AM and was told that they can’t do it. Very unprofessional and frustrating. A simple notice that the order could not be completed would have been fine… Caused quite the disruption to my morning as I had to gather last-minute food for a large group at our church!

Hi there. I ordered this morning drive through. Everyone was friendly. But we drove 25 minutes to get here and went home to eat. I got 2 BoBerry Biscuits and they were still raw in the middle. Which was inedible. I got 3 large bo rounds that were so smelly and soggy. We couldn’t even get past the smell of them to eat them. Maybe the grease needs to be replaced or fish was cooked with the grease. I dunno, but it was really gross. We also got a sausage egg and cheese Biscuit for my husband, but it wasn’t in the bag we paid for that $4. I asked to make sure the gravy wasn’t on the biscuit but on the side, cause of the drive home, I knew they would be soggy. She said ok. But it was on it so when we got home, we had soggy Biscuits. The Cajun chicken filet biscuit was still cold in the center, so that didn’t cook long enough.
When I say these Hash browns smelled, they smelled so foul that we took them to the trash outside so it didn’t stink up the house.
I’m so disappointed in coming here for breakfast. We’ve been a few times to this location and it was great, but this was the worst.
