I am SICK of the EXCUSES this place serves the smallest, coldest chicken legs CONSTANTLY! There is ALWAYS an issue with their Pepsi. Usually they claim it is out, then charge me more when I refuse other beverages. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this particular Bojangles. The first time I went it was about 45 minutes to an hour before closing and I went through the drive thru to order. I ordered a family meal only to be told they were out of all sides except Mac and cheese which was fine .. but I get to the window only to be told they only had 8 pieces of chicken left because I ordered a 12 they couldn’t fill my order mind you it was plenty of time before closing they could have made more. i was still fine I told them it was okay I would take the 8 .. they then said they only had white meat left because I asked for all dark.. it was very annoying because this could have been said while I was ordering my food not when I got to the window… the second time which is pictured below, I ordered through door dash.. my door dash delivery person got to the restaurant only to be told “they didn’t have my order” after the door dasher showed them my order they then commenced to fix it. When it got to me (I literally stay 2 minutes up the road) my food look like it had been sitting out for days . The rice is hard and the Mac and cheese is cold. The picture don’t even do it justice! The meat inside the rice looks very old. I’m sooooo angry with this particular Bojangles I will not return.. ever!!

I placed my order at the automated attendant drive through. First of all, this is stupid, and no other place does it. I see why. Fifteen minutes later, I finally get to the window and they tell me they’re out of Bo bites and tenders. I ordered bo bites, so I just wasted my time. And they were so rude about it.

Attempted take out @814pm….only thing working was auto order taker. Waited about 5 min. Drove to 1st window & there was a sign up. Move to 2nd window and human finally attempting taking my order. Only chicken available legs and wings. I asked for chicken only. He did say he could cook more. I asked for 2 orders 3pcs each and he said that would total over $19. No Thanks!

I walked in for a DoorDash order that I decided to pickup instead of just order thru the window so it’s quicker I walk in to the lady with no gloves packing my tenders in the box ! immediately got into a argument never again .

They have a 2.5 star rating on yelp and I see why now. We ordered 2x number 1s and an orange juice. They gave us a raw sandwich and an ice cold old sour one that was clearly left on the counter for an hour or more. They didn’t give me my sauces or my orange juice ..or even half my food and refused to let me return it. Their lobby is locked and the drive thru was packed to the street … I’m out 17 dollars now and all I have to show for it is 2 disgusting excuses for food and half my order missing . Never again.

Waited in line at the drive thru , AFTER THEY LET ME ORDER, for 20 minutes, just to get to the window and them tell me it will be another 10 minutes for chicken. The parking lot was literally empty. 3 cars in front of me, 2 of which pulled up and parked, im assuming to wait for chicken. This is a chicken restaurant, that wasnt busy at all, why were they out of chicken? Why couldn’t they tell me at the speaker it was gonna be a 30 minute wait???

Worst Bojangles ever! Order my food thru the drive thru and was told to pull up for a 5min wait on fries. Ok no problem waited 20mins and nothing. Finally called and they didn’t realize they had an order waiting. 10mins later they came out with my food and everything was soggy and boardline raw.

This location needs a massive intervention. Probably, a full staff overhaul would be in order.

One the last 2 occasions I have visited this location, they have left out items from my order. The only reason I am rating 2 stars for food is because I had to wait over 10 minutes for supremes. Supremes should be a very commonly ordered item and they had clearly ran out. With that said, the chicken was fresh, but other items were lacking for sure.

The restaurant is pretty much always dirty/messy. The open conecpt for the kitchen is not very friendly to this location as they are always very messy with junk all over the place in the Back of House.

Their Digital Menu boards were all off (technical issue maybe) so there was no way to know what to order or pricing.

Their employees are all walking around on their phones actively taking phone calls while on the clock. Nobody checking in on guests who are dining in.

I observed a guest that was pulled up out of the way in the drive thru. (Probably waiting on food) She sat for close to 30 minutes and when the order was finally ready, I couldn’t help but notice that it wasn’t even that big.

This last visit, they were clearing having inventory issues because my supremes meal came crammed into a styrofoam biscuit container instead of the normal paper box and the only napkins they had available looked like bar napkins. Tiny squares and very thin.

I know that staffing can be hard, but I can tell that this location puts in little to no effort. Will not be returning.

They made us wait for food and had no other customers. I walked in 5 min later and our food was just sitting on the counter. And they workers were cleaning the building as if they were getting ready to close 3 hours before closing. Chicken sandwich was bare with no pickles or mayo. No silverware for the mashed potatoes. The employees are going to be the reason this location closes. No I’m sorry or anything. They seemed actually annoyed I came to get my food I paid for. Ridiculous
