Let me first say that the food is what you would expect from a Bojangles. Good and tasty. The staff was fine as well. The low rating came from manager. I’m not sure what was going on but it’s a very bad look to the customers when the kitchen is struggling and you as a manager are sitting in the dinning area running your mouth while orders are talk hella long to get out. I can’t say if she was on break or what but what I do know is that she was talking with her family the entire time while them folks were struggling in the kitchen. Then I herd her say she had two no-call no-shows for the day. I wonder why…. again I’m not dinging the workers. They did they job but the manager….yeah someone might want to have a talk with her about that. Other than that it was fine.

Don’t go to Bojangles in Loganville unless you want to be screamed at by the GM, Michelle and told to get out and she wasn’t taking any more orders !! This video started about 30 seconds after she started screaming!! I feel really bad for the customers and new hires that got the brunt of her meltdown!!!
I’ve been coming to this location for more than 20 years, on the daily and I’ve never witnessed such poor customer service in all my life, by this general manager!!!

Went here on 12/5/24. ordered a egg& cheese biscuit on a dark biscuit. It looked very neatly prepared, and biscuit was not coming apart. The only thing I would say is they might have should have cooked a few minutes longer, as after the first bite it was doughy tasting. Everyone was nice, so I would recommend you give this location a try.

Imagine waiting 20 minutes for your food, then driving to your home in Monroe only to discover that you were given raw meat! I returned to the location with the chicken and the female manager was just as disgusted! However, the only offer was replacement of the chicken. A refund, or a gift card in addition to replacement of the food should have been offered! You wasted my time and my gas driving back and forth. Not to mention my young kids tore into their food before I was notice that the food was bad. I’m disappointed with this location and their service and I would recommend that you seek other options for dinner!

I had family visiting, so I decided to get breakfast biscuits for everyone. Knowing how busy this Bojangles location gets in the mornings, I placed my order online to avoid a long wait. When I arrived, the young lady at the register was friendly and confirmed that my order was being prepared, so I stepped aside. After a few minutes, another employee began calling out orders and handing bags to customers. When she noticed me waiting, she asked for the name on my order, which I gave. She said she was bagging it and asked if I wanted the bag sealed I said no. As she reached out to hand me my order, she suddenly pulled it back, asked my name again, and told me she couldn’t give it to me unless I named an item or showed proof of purchase. I showed her my receipt, and she apologized, saying it was “nothing against me” and that “there are cameras watching.” No other customers were asked to verify their orders. The situation felt very discriminatory and embarrassing. I didn’t drive there to steal breakfast. I’m extremely disappointed in how I was treated.

Picked up my doordash order that I placed on the website. My spouse went in to pick it up and waited 20 mins for my order that was just sitting there ready because they didn’t bother to turn the order around and look at the name. Now we have Luke warm food all bc the staff neglected to properly help him.

date. 12. 14. this was the worst chicken place I ever ate at in my life Bojangles used to be very good when I got my mashed potatoes they were completely cold when I got my chicken chicken wasn’t cooked all the way there was blood in it the chicken was horrible in the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way and the french fries were soggy and one piece of chicken add a chicken hair in it and some of the employees we’re not even wearing gloves I will never eat at this place again it was horrible experience
