This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with bojangles. Considering we paid $29 for food that was not fully cooked, greasy and watery deserves a full refund in addition to the uncourteous drive through lady who barley open sliding windows had an attitude when asked for napkins that were not in the bag nor condiments, reply with a sigh as he handed us what should’ve been cheerfully given. While I send this message I’ve been on hold with the store over 15mins as if they put the phone down and never returned back.

Friendly enough staff, but the food was sub par, fries looked like the bottom of the basket leftovers and quite possibly the worst mac and cheese I have ever had. Tossed it after only 2 bites. Chicken is decent, but the staff forgot to include the dipping sauce.

Stopped by this location to grab dinner to take home. The order was correct (this time). The thigh that was given to me looked and tasted like it was leftover from yesterday. The leg (and biscuit) were bigger than the thigh. Truly disappointed. I doesn’t over 20 years in F&B I would have been embarrassed to serve food like that.

I would give this Bojangles location a 0 – 1/2 star rating if I could. Absolutely the worst experience ever in my life! Only two people working. The girl working the kitchen is an absolute disgrace to the customer service industry. Rude, disrespectful, no emotion, no response after saying thank you, bothered by asking for hot sauce?? If you don’t want to work, quit and do everyone a favor. The chicken was old, overcooked, tasted like it was leftover from two days prior and reheated.The bun was unbearable to eat, hard as a rock, and had to be thrown away. Word of advice, go to Chick-fil-A, where employees are trained the right way.
