Great experience. Friendly staff. Upfront about wait time for the order I wanted. Wasn’t within the timeframe promised; however, apologized and offered a free dessert.

The food was good but the service was INCREDIBLE. The lady who helped me was so sweet, helpful and patient with us. I’ve never gotten such a sweet service from fast food. I didn’t catch her name but she was a white lady and had dark curly hair. She was awesome! Some of the other staff could learn from her professionalism!

Your better off going through drive through. It seems that’s where all the attention is. Great if you don’t want to go in but if you want to go in be prepared o wait forever… Sorry but no excuse. Today employee heard me and another customer talking about the bad service and smiled and waved at us sarcastically, that’s when I took my business to Wendy’s next door.. Went there this morning and got a large fry and cajun biscuit. Biscuit was okay except it was forced into a small bag and the fry carton put a big dent in the top of it. As for the fries, they were supposed to be large but they basically gave me a medium in a large container… less than 1/2 of the container! You just lost a lifetime customer, never again.

I work clearing roads of snow and ice and went in the store at 5:03am (store opened at 5am this particular day and was the only fast food store open at the time ). I wanted to get breakfast for 31 employees that have been working around the clock, staying away from their families and putting their job first.
I went in and ordered a biscuit and large Bo round for each employee (without calling ahead), the staff was very friendly, very helpful ( telling me how to combine items for a better price) and very happy to help.
Would 10/10 recommend this location. In today’s fast food economy it’s very hard to find service with a smile.

Our group placed a very large catering order at this location and had a wonderful experience. The food was ready on time, packaged well and the order was filled accurately. The food was good and a big hit with our group. I realized the sides were smaller than I personally expected, so I called to order 4 more and they were very accommodating and had them ready quickly. I will absolutely use them again for large orders in the future!

Obviously they were busy because of the parade but they were also understaffed and unorganized. No one was watching the lobby and the line to order was backed up out the door. I waited 30 minutes for them to even take my order. The drive thru was backed up to the point you couldn’t park but the drive thru line at least was moving. They definitely need more employees.
