This is the second effort on making the order correct and still put burnt bacon when specifically asked for lightly cooked soft bacon and the first one the biscuit was hard. Also pay for 2 boberrys and they going to only put one boberry in box originally the staff don’t listen and doesn’t care and with the wait time for them to correct order wasn’t going to wait on a 3rd attempt of getting it wrong again. 30 minutes to correct and still get it wrong is ridiculous.

I chose to visit this restaurant on my lunch break and placed my usual order. However, when I reached the drive-thru window, I was told I could not use my phone to pay for my meal. I was informed that if I wanted to use my phone, I would need to park and come inside. This was very disappointing, especially since I had visited this same location earlier in the week and using my phone was not an issue.
This caused a significant inconvenience during my limited lunch break, and I had to find another form of payment to complete the transaction.
After I left, I realized my fries were missing from the bag, so I called the restaurant. When the manager asked the staff about the order, she referred to me as “the one with the issue with the card,” which was inaccurate and uncomfortable to hear. The situation was not a card issue, but rather a restriction on phone payments at the window. I was then told it was “just a small fry” and that I could receive it when I came back.
The overall experience lacked professionalism and customer care. What should have been a quick and routine lunch stop turned into a frustrating experience. I hope this location works on improving communication, consistency, and customer service to ensure future guests feel valued and respected.

best Bojangles in town. best food quality. best service.

but it doesn’t seem like the building placement was done by someone in rock hill. otherwise they woulda said nah bruh that’s a major 4 lane hwy. hard to shout an order to bolinda while tractor trailers are roaring literal feet from you in the drive thru. not the best choice.

First of all, we were charged for the car in front of us, double what our order cost. After half an hour waiting for them to correct and refund. we get home to these burnt, non edible supremes. They are harder than jerky.

Horrible, Disrespectful and Rude manager. I placed an order at the speaker and she must have been having a bad day. She began to scream at me. When I got to the window to pay, I inquired if she knew who took my order. She says me and Ashley both have on headsets so one of us. Ashley stepped up beside her and began to ask if everything was ok? Manager burst out laughing, tapping Ashley on the shoulder wanting her to laugh along with her. But Ashley was much more professional as she always is. I told her that I could tell from the tone of her voice that it was her who screamed at me but yet it instead it was the manager and the manager immediately started shouting and refused to give me my order and ask me to drive away. I refuse to allow being treated this way and have reported her , the manager and will Pursue legal counsel as this is completely diabolical and unacceptable!!

I came in and there was no ahead of me to order . Cool . So I stand in front of the register and wait for my order to be taken . The guy behind the register seems to be trying to get orders out , also no problem . I proceed to stand there for 20 minutes . 10 minutes into my standing there , an older white couple comes in and waits at secondary register for their order to be taken . I am still waiting and standing in front of the register to order . Another 10 minutes goes by while the guy is still trying to fill orders . He calls out after completing an order that he will take the next customer and proceeds to take the older white couple ahead of me . I witness , giggle alittle bit , and leave the establishment . I personally thought that was insane behavior . I mean you could clearly see that I was there . I’m not the biggest guy in the world but definitely large enough and black enough to be seen clearly by anyone I encounter . So to act like I wasn’t even seen is crazy to me , and its super disrespectful . Do better . And I know it probably doesn’t matter to those I am addressing ( this Bojangles location staff and management in case its not clear ) but I won’t be returning to your location as I do not go where I am not wanted . Thanks for the experience guys

Hand breaded chicken tenders are not the same thing as the supremes. Ive ordered 4 times in the last 2 months and they keep giving me Hand breaded tenders. Thats not what I ordered so if you dont do supremes the same as every other bojangles just tell me when I order. Instead of substituting automatically. Ive been to other bojangles inbetween and this location is the only one ive had this issue with.

This location is less than a mile from home… and yet I still have to drive out to the York, SC (20 minutes away) location for guaranteed satisfaction. Why though?

I haven’t been here once that something in the order wasn’t messed up or missing or just plain awful… wait no, there was that one time it was good, but I’ll come back to that.
Every time I order the supremes, they are burnt. You can tell they are from lunch (or possibly the night before) This last time I went, the dirty rice was hard as rock and the sausage was all burnt up… scrapping the bottom of the pan I assume?
They’re notorious for leaving something out of the bag be it a straw, a spork, the dipping sauce and on two occasions, the biscuit!

So the only time it was good is the one occasion I asked them to drop some fresh chicken. Why do I need to ask? The employees can see when the chicken is getting old and dry or burnt. You shouldn’t need to be asked to make fresh food… Oh and check and change the syrup in the fountain machine. On several occasions the soda is just carbonated water! Why??

I think if corporate sent some of the York staff over to this location to train its team, it might help. That location in York has never messed up an order. and I’ve never had burnt chicken or hard un edible rice.

Seriously when the best compliment I can give is “The honey mustard tasted good” there’s a problem.

I’m not just leaving this crappy review to be a jerk either.
Bojangles is my favorite fast food restaurant. MY FAVORITE. I rank it higher than Chick-a-freakin’-filet! I guess that’s why I’m being critical here. I’ve tasted the sweet Bo-nectar of the gods, so now I can’t go back to sub-par Jangle juice.

So why do I keep coming back here… I mean, it’s like I said, they’re 5 mins from the house, and I know they COULD be good… just haven’t caught them on a good day yet.

Ok, I’m done ranting… just… just remember you gotta check the bag before you drive off.

Oh, pictures too. I mean I’m not going to take a picture of every box of chicken, but here’s a few highlights from previous visits.

Another update! : my sister in law came up and stopped here on the way to the house. I told her she has to ask for fresh chicken. She asked “are the supremes fresh” the response was “no not really”

LOL! At least they’re honest, but dang, if you know they aren’t fresh, drop some fresh chicken! Don’t wait to be asked!

ANOTHER UPDATE: parents stopped here on the way to visit. They walked in and I said, “oh no, did you check the box before you left?” They didn’t.
The last picture in my photos is of that waste of $22 dollars.

ANOTHER UPDATE: okay so the breakfast crew is good. Breakfast food is usually good. HOWEVER, I dared to try lunch again at this location, and it’s still burnt up tiny chicken nuggets instead of “supremes”. Added a new pic if anyone cares to check it out. So the conclusion is: this location is only good for breakfast. Don’t waste your time or money at lunch or dinner.

Calling corporate (not that they’ll do anything), I’m just done with this location.

They put more priority on the drive thru. Waited in line for like 15min to get my order. There were only 4 people ahead of me. While they got about 12 cars through the drive thru. The girl bagging our walk in orders was not going to get in a hurry. The young guy at the register would not help the girl get orders ready when he wasn’t taking orders. Poor management.

Came with my family Monday morning. Who ever that young Mexican guy panning that chicken tenders was. Tenders were on point and they were by far the best tenders I seen from any bojangles

Not only was the cook on point but awesome service from bojangles team. Guy with curly hair was super friendly and took care of me. Thank you guys!
