I am running DoorDash and I got my order when I was in Newport at Aldi shopping for another customer I finished shopping. At Aldi in Newport, South Carolina and then drove all the way here my order still not done. I waited 10 minutes in line for my order to be completed. It is still not done so the DoorDash offered me to unassigned from the order. Nobody has a sense of urgency and multiple customers are upset because they’re not being good with their time. This is a terrible service for today. Very very awful. Can you please have people do their jobs with a sense of urgency. This is fast food, not slow food.

Very lucky for y’all that I just really wanted to eat here today. The AI drive thru didnt know what I was asking for, and went silent. When I went inside, I found that my only real option was the touch kiosk, which kept timing out on me EXTREMELY fast. These changes away from having an actual person take orders are not as good and helpful as the corporate billionaires think they are. I also heard the workers loudly complain when someone else in the drive thru ordered a large amount of food. Not to mention, it took nearly 20 minutes for what looked like a fully staffed kitchen to get to my order—there was no hustle. I love the food but the service and company seem to be going downhill, and it makes me worried about if i’ll even want to eat bojangles as much in the future, and y’all should be worried too!

This location switched to touch screen ordering. So, touch the screen that everyone else is touching, then sit down and eat with those same fingers. I left and went to yucky McDonald’s. I’ll miss ya Bojangles. ☹️

This is the 2nd time I ordered from this Bojangles and each time I had to pull over to another space out of the drive thru to wait for my order. The first time was almost 20 minutes and the 2nd time was just as long and they had NO biscuits. My order was not complicated either time.

Marked online order complete. Went to pick up said it would be a few minutes more. Left after 40 minutes of waiting still no food. Tried to get refund and manager had no idea how to do it and yelled at us like it was my fault. This place is awful! Stay away

My husband went on October 26, 2025 at 1:30 pm to get something for lunch. The woman at the drive thru window was rude and did not bother to tell him until he got to the window that he would have to pay cash at the window and come into the restaurant to pay debit! He sat in a long line and wasn’t told any of this until he got to the window! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Bojangles on Herlong in Rock Hill, SC needs to get its stuff together!!! Being rude to customers is unacceptable!!! Bad customer service!!!

Had to wait for 30 minutes on 2 orders of bo berry biscuits, 1 she said was a bundle, which I had no idea what that was. The order had to be rerung up. The waitress didn’t remember that she told us to pull down to wait for her to bring the food until I backed up to ask for a refund, I was on my way to an appointment. We asked for lite icing on the biscuits, but they were very heavy with it. The person in charge didn’t seem to care about what was going on. She just shut the windows and yelled at the worker. ♀️

I have never been to a slower Bojangles. What is the point of ordering ahead if the employees aren’t even going to bother preparing the food before my arrival. They hadn’t even pulled my order slip from the printed machine. This will be my last time dining at this location.

The food was good but the restaurant was Hot and uncomfortable. I was going to dine in but got my food to go due the the excessive warmth. Get that climate control working and we have a winner, winner, chicken dinner!
