I dont like the AI drive thru. It messed up my order and I had to start over, which it was able to do, and it didnt read it back to me in a way that made sense. The line was also weirdly slow when I first pulled up but after about 5-10 minutes of no movement it moved alone very quickly. So maybe there was just an issue with one specific car/order. The food was good. It was hotter and fresh which I appreciated. The humans were nice, but the AI was not enjoyable.

Just spent $13 for 6 piece chicken bites and sides. The chicken and frieswas cooked in old grease. I was asked if I would like to order 2 heart shaped bo berry biscuits & I said “Sure”. They were almost hard as a rock‼️ Yes, I was upset and very disappointed. Why would you give that to someone? I would not do that! Again, people work hard for there money‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

By far the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Doordash pickup dine in…. no matter how you get food, they never put the dipping sauce you pay for in the box. It gets very old needing to go back up there or try to complain online because they can’t do a simple job.

I always go here every Saturday morning for breakfast and it’s always excellent. The drive thru is fast and the people are friendly. I always get two steak egg and cheese biscuits and Bo rounds with coffee and sweet tea. It always is great and I’ll b going here for awhile for my Saturday morning breakfast

We have given this location multiple tries, but not anymore. Issues ranging from missing or poor quality food, incorrect drinks, not bringing out curbside, so by the time I went in to get it myself, all the biscuits were soggy from being wrapped in a plastic bag full of condensation, but today was the final time. With tax, spent >$30 on a family meal that had old dry chicken, soggy smashed mac and cheese, and expired coleslaw. The coleslaw had a made by and use by sticker on the lid. Very apparent! Use by was nearly 12 hours before; however, I gave it a little taste…completely spoiled. Whomever packed the box had to have seen it too. It couldn’t have been missed. Oh, don’t order catering either. A couple years ago I did one week in advance…when I went to pick up the 35 sausage biscuits as scheduled, they had no started the order, and then tried to charge me more than the as advertised on their menu.

Chicken was old and tasteless. I didn’t bother taking a picture of the rice and Cajun pinto beans, there was no meat in the dirty rice and it had a burnt taste. The beans were about the only thing I could semi stomach to eat. Someone else bought it for me and unfortunately failed to double check for freshness. I would have taken it back had I not been under the weather.
